On December 23, the opening ceremony of the 2022 Third China Innovative Food Conference and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Food Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Innovative Food Expo") was held in Dongguan, Guangdong. Xiao Biliang, director of the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, said that recently, Dongguan has successfully entered the public list of "three-product" strategic demonstration cities in the consumer goods industry in 2022 with its agricultural and sideline food processing industry, papermaking and paper products industry, textile clothing and apparel industry. As a traditional advantageous industry in Dongguan, the food industry has obvious advantages, showing characteristics such as a complete range of categories, a large number of brands, and the courage to be the first. We hope to use this expo to further deepen exchanges and cooperation in the food industry and jointly promote the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area and even the national food industry.
