In the No. 12 Mongolian dining room, law enforcement inspectors found that the store had irregular placement of plates in the disinfection cabinet, incomplete vegetable classification labels in the fresh-keeping cabinet, irregular settings of seasoning cart , and unwashed eggs being placed directly into the operation room. Issues such as not all products being clearly marked with prices. Fat sheep falling in love with large-mouthed fish also has problems such as the kitchen refrigerator is not defrosted in time, the kitchen trash can has no lid, and the soup bucket in the pantry is not covered.
Regarding the problems discovered during this surprise inspection, law enforcement officers issued a rectification notice on the spot and required the relevant restaurants to rectify immediately. The rectification situation will be followed up and inspected later.
