After learning the theory, I decided to learn and use it now, but I didn’t expect that finding customers was the most difficult. At the beginning, I didn't receive any orders because I had no experience.
Later, I found out through online inquiry that I need to constantly promote myself online in this industry, or post order acceptance information on some furniture repair platforms, and the platform will recommend users in need nearby.
After a period of exploration, I began to promote myself on major online platforms, gradually mastered the skills of finding customers, and received more and more orders. As I was constantly tempering, my repair level was getting higher and higher, and later I learned to install furniture.

Once, after the meal was over after the installation, the customer bought me a special meal, but I refused, but he forced me to give it to me and kept telling me that he had worked hard. Every time I cooperate with a manufacturer or customer, I always serve with the most sincere attitude, and the after-sales service is even more timely, so there are many repeat customers.
During that period, I was full of energy. I often went out at 7 o'clock in the morning and worked until I went home at night, but occasionally I met some unpunctual customers.
I remember one time, I went to a client's house to repair the cabinet, but there was no one at home. I waited at the door for more than twenty minutes.
In fact, for our industry, the day of work is arranged in advance. If this delay is delayed, it is not just my time, because there are still many customers waiting. Therefore, I really hope that every time I meet, I will be punctual.

Although I know that technology is as important as service, I will inevitably make mistakes. I remember that I picked up a children's study desk that time, but because I was careless, I used the wrong screw, which caused a crack in the table.
I wanted to help the customer repair it, but he was unwilling to say that the table was bought from Taiwan for more than 7,000 yuan, so I contacted the manufacturer to reissue it.
Because the wooden board on the table was man-made, the manufacturer asked me to compensate 600 yuan, and I could only compensate as required.
