1. Number of recruits, positions and salary
Recruitment of 7 staff members (see Appendix 1 for details). The hired person is a staff member of a public institution and enjoys the salary and benefits stipulated by the policy. The professional title requirements for the relevant positions in this recruitment are only recruitment conditions, and the relevant hired personnel will be hired based on the actual situation of the unit.
2. Recruitment scope and qualification conditions
(I) Recruitment scope

(II) Qualification conditions

7. Personnel in any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the job:

(2) Those who have not expired or are suspected of committing illegal crimes are under investigation;
(3) Those who violate discipline and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants and public institutions and have not expired;

III. Recruitment procedures and methods
(I) Release recruitment information
Recruitment information is published on the Haikou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Portal website (http://rsj.haikou.gov.cn/) and the Haikou Municipal Tourism, Culture, Radio, Film and Television and Sports Bureau website (http://lwj.haikou.gov.cn/). Information release time: October 26, 2022 - November 1, 2022, the information release time limit is 7 days.
Candidates should log in to the Haikou Tourism, Culture, Radio, Film and Television and Sports Bureau portal in time to understand the progress of the recruitment work and the announcement of related matters.
(II) Organize registration
1. Registration method: Online registration.
2. Registration time: 9:00 on November 2, 2022-12:00 on November 8, 2022. (Only registration during holidays)

4. 6. Registration precautions: Applicants should carefully read the recruitment announcement, understand the relevant information of the recruitment position, and select qualified positions to register. The contents and materials submitted by the applicants must be true and accurate. Anyone who fills in the information incomplete, incorrectly fills in, or the registration materials submitted are incomplete, unclear, or does not meet the requirements, resulting in the failure to pass the review results, the responsibility shall be borne by themselves. Qualification review runs throughout the entire process. If there is any inconsistent with the facts or fraud, once verified, the application qualification will be immediately cancelled or the employment will not be employed. (III) Qualification Review
The Office of the Recruitment Leading Group organized the preliminary qualification review of the applicants, and the qualification review work runs through the entire process of public recruitment. The certificates and materials provided by the applicant must be true and valid and meet the job requirements (if the information he fills in is not true, incomplete or incorrectly, the applicant shall bear the responsibility). If it is verified that it is fraudulent, does not meet the application requirements, etc., violates the recruitment regulations, the application or employment qualification will be immediately cancelled. The list of applicants who have passed the initial qualification review will be announced through the website of the Municipal Tourism, Culture, Radio, Film and Television and Sports Bureau.
(IV) Query qualification review results
The online registration system will no longer accept new registration registration for candidates after 12:00 on November 8, 2022. Candidates who have submitted their registration materials must log in to the registration system in time to check the qualification review results. If the qualification review is passed, they shall not apply for changes or apply for other positions.If the
fails the qualification review, please resubmit or apply for other positions after supplementary materials before 17:00 on November 8, 2022. The online registration system will be closed on time at 17:00 on November 8, 2022. If the supplementary materials are not submitted or revised as required within the specified time, it will be deemed that the examination qualification will be automatically waived and the examination will not be able to take the examination.

(Sixth) Examination
Examination consists of two parts: written test and interview. The full scores of each part are 100 points, among which the written test and interview scores are included in the comprehensive score at 6:4. According to the "rounding" method, the comprehensive score is converted to two decimal places.
1. Written test
(1) Written test method: Take the form of a closed-book.
(2) Written test content: focus on job professional knowledge and public basic knowledge. The full score for the paper is 100 points, and no examination guidance books are specified.
(3) Time and location of the written test: please refer to the admission ticket for details.
(4) Notes: Applicants enter the examination room with their written examination admission ticket and their resident ID card or social security card within the valid period; failing to take the examination on time or leaving the examination room without going through is deemed to give up the examination.
(5) Definition of the pass score line for the written test and the score announcement: After the written test is over, the Office of the Recruitment Leading Group will set the pass score line for the written test based on the written test scores. The written test scores shall be announced at the same time as the written test scores are announced. The written test scores shall not be lower than the average scores of the written tests of the persons taking the written test. The public announcement time for the written test scores and pass score lines shall not be less than 3 days.

2. Qualification review
candidates are expected to be shortlisted for the interview from above the written test score, and the number of candidates for recruitment positions is determined from high to low according to the written test scores. Those with the same score as the last in the written test score will enter the interview and participate in the qualification review. For positions that have not reached the interview ratio, the candidates who are expected to be shortlisted based on the actual number of people who have reached the written test pass score line.
Candidates who participate in the qualification review should provide the "Haikou Tourism, Culture, Radio, Film and Television and Sports Bureau 2022 Public Recruitment Registration Form" (see Attachment 1), their valid ID card or social security card (registration must be consistent with the ID card or social security card used during the exam), household registration book, academic qualifications, degree certificate, recent front-facing color 1-inch photo, and other certificates and materials required for the corresponding position, a letter of commitment to punish the untrustworthy (see Attachment 2), a certificate of consent to the application (see Attachment 3) and other relevant supporting materials required by the position (all must be provided and copies). The on-site staff retains the copy after review and returns the original.
If the qualification review fails to meet the registration qualification requirements, the candidate provides incomplete materials or the main information of the relevant materials is false, which affects the results of the qualification review, it shall be deemed to be unqualified and the interview qualification will be cancelled. Those who fail to submit qualification review materials at the prescribed time and place without reason shall be deemed to have automatically waived the interview qualification. Vacancies arising from reasons such as the applicant giving up the interview qualification or failing the qualification review, among candidates who apply for the same position and reach the written test score above the written test scores, from high to low.
3. Interview
(1) Interview method: Use the structured interview method.
(2) Interview content: Structured interview content includes comprehensive analysis, language expression, planning and organization, interpersonal relationships, adaptability and self-cognition level. The professional operation assessment content includes professional teaching and professional technical display of the registered positions.

(4) Notes: Interviewers enter the examination room with their admission ticket and their resident ID card or social security card during the valid period.
(5) Score announced: Applicants with interview scores below 60 will not be hired. The interview results are announced through the website of Haikou Tourism, Culture, Radio, Film and Television and Sports Bureau.
When more than 2 candidates who apply for the same position have the same comprehensive scores in the exam, their rankings shall be determined according to the following methods: if the comprehensive scores are the same, they shall be arranged in the order of written test scores; if the written test scores are the same again, additional tests shall be conducted and the order of additional test scores shall be arranged in the order of additional test scores.
(VII) Physical examination and inspection
1. Physical examination
Based on the comprehensive examination scores, the candidates for physical examination shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the position to be recruited. The physical examination shall be organized by the Office of the Recruitment Leading Group in a comprehensive hospital at or above the county level, and the physical examination costs shall be borne by the individual. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the civil servant recruitment standards.
If you fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time, you will be deemed to have automatically given up. If the first physical examination fails, the re-examination may be applied for once within 3 days from the date of public announcement of the physical examination results. The re-examination should be selected for a comprehensive hospital of the same level, and the re-examination conclusion shall prevail.
Applicants who fail to meet the requirements after physical examination will not be hired. The vacancies of positions will be filled from high to low according to those who apply for the same position and have reached the interview pass score line according to the comprehensive examination score ranking.
2. Inspection
According to the results of the examination, assessment and physical examination, the candidates for inspection shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the position to be recruited. The Office of the Recruitment Leading Group shall examine the performance, moral quality, business ability, work performance, and compliance with laws and regulations of the candidates.

(VIII) Determine the candidates for recruitment and publicize the

(9) Approval of candidates for recruitment

(10) Handle employment procedures
Probation period for people with work experience of more than 1 year ( fresh graduate initial employment probation period for 1 year; cumulative employment time does not exceed 1 year for 6 months). If the probation period is completed, the probation period will be officially hired; if the assessment fails, the employment will be dismissed.
IV. Epidemic prevention requirements
(I) Candidates should meet the relevant requirements for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia in Hainan Province and Haikou City. Especially for candidates who are currently abroad (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and have a history of travel in medium and high-risk areas in China, they should reserve enough time, strictly abide by the specific requirements and regulations for epidemic prevention and isolation in our city, and arrange relevant itineraries on their own.
(II) Candidates who participate in the written test or interview should provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the exam, and should prepare masks, wear them throughout the entire process except for the identity confirmation process or the interviewer's request, and take personal protection.
(III) If candidates conceal their physical abnormalities, or conceal and report key information on epidemic prevention and control such as travel history, contact history, health status, etc., or fail to cooperate with staff to conduct epidemic prevention testing, inquiries, investigations, and medical treatment, they will cause serious consequences, their written examination, interview or employment qualifications will be cancelled and legal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with the law.
(IV) Candidates with one of the following circumstances are not allowed to enter the test site to take the written test and interview: ① Candidates diagnosed as suspected/confirmed cases of new coronavirus; ② Candidates diagnosed as asymptomatic infected persons of the new coronavirus; ③ Candidates who are in isolation medical observation and treatment and centralized isolation observation period; ④ Candidates who are identified as close contacts of new coronavirus ; ⑤ Candidates whose health codes are red, yellow, or whose body temperature is ≥37.3℃ on the day of the written test and interview.
5. Discipline requirements
Public recruitment work strictly implements the various disciplines of the "Regulations on Handling Discipline and Regulatory Violations of Public Recruitment of Public Institutions" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No. 35) and the "Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Hainan Province" (Qiong Human Resources and Social Security [2018] No. 516).
Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If the applicant is found to fail to meet the application requirements for the recruitment position or the information filled in is inconsistent with the actual situation, fraud, concealing the truth, etc., in any link, his application or employment qualification shall be cancelled. If a fraud is verified after employment, the employment qualification and relevant dismissal procedures will be immediately disqualified.
