Introduction

In order to earnestly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important instructions on volunteer service, and strengthen theoretical research and practical innovation in volunteer service work for college students, Youth Volunteer Action Guidance Center of the Central Youth League Relying on the National School Communist Youth League Research Center to carry out the application for college students’ volunteer service projects in 2022.

022 college student volunteer service topics are divided into two categories: key topics and project establishment . The research cycle of each category of projects is 1 year (December 2022 to November 2023).

key topics topic selection must strictly follow the "2022 College Student Volunteer Service Topic Topic Selection Guide" (hereinafter referred to as the Topic Selection Guide, see Appendix 1). Applicants are not allowed to change the topic. The results of such projects should be forward-looking, theoretical, innovative and guiding, and play an intellectual support role in decision-making optimization, policy formulation and practical innovation in college students' volunteer service work. The final results include at least one final report (no less than 20,000 words) and an advisory report (about 5,000 words, which must include data analysis, trend judgment, policy recommendations, etc.). This type of project is planned to have 10 projects, each of which is funded by 10,000 yuan.

Project Proposal Questions is determined by the applicant. The research results of such projects should have strong practical guidance value and encourage in-depth case research. The final results include at least one final report (no less than 8,000 words). 50 projects are planned to be established in this category, and there is no funding.

Application Objects

Communist Youth League cadres, educators, volunteer service workers, doctoral students and theoretical and practical workers of relevant research institutions can apply.

Application method

. Project applicants log in to "National School Communist Youth League Research Project Management System" (http://ktsb.ustb.edu.cn/) , click the "Project Application" tab on the right, fill in and submit the "2022 Annual Communist Youth League Volunteer Service Project Application Form" online. The project application system is closed at 14:00 on November 20, 2022.

After the review results are announced, the person in charge of the selected project must print paper application materials (in duplicate) and stamp the official seal of the scientific research department of the unit (the unit that does not have a scientific research department has the official seal of the unit), and send it to the National School Communist Youth League Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Center").

The results of this project review will be announced on the WeChat public accounts " China Youth Volunteer ", "Team Education Primary Research", the website of the National School Communist Youth League Research Center, and the "National School Communist Youth League Research Project Management System".

Project Management

. The project funds are included in the funds of the National School Communist Youth League Research Center.

. Once the project is established, it must be strictly implemented in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of College Student Volunteer Service Projects (Trial)" (Appendix 2). The National School Communist Youth League Research Center will earnestly fulfill its management and supervision responsibilities under the guidance of the Youth Volunteer Action Guidance Center of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.
