Liu Huijin is currently a member of the Education Sector of the First CPPCC of Guangming District and director of the Career Education Guidance Center of Guangming District Education Bureau. He has been engaged in the education industry in Guangming for 14 years. In response to the education of middle school students, he took the lead in establishing the "Theoretical and Practical Research on Career Planning of Middle School Students" research group on Guangming. In order to better promote the implementation of career education research, Shenzhen established and awarded the "Shenzhen's first batch of teaching and research experts Liu Huijin Studio" named after him in the country. With the joint efforts of team members, this educational research work has achieved significant results. The "Theory and Practice of Career Planning for Middle School Students" compiled won the Shenzhen First Major Education Research Achievement Promotion Award and "Junior High School Career Planning and Development" became the only set of local textbooks for junior high school career planning approved by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education.

Now looking back, he not only has students all over the world, but also cultivates a group of famous teachers who teach and educate people in various schools in Shenzhen. Calling for many years of vocational education and special education have also made substantial progress in Guangming. As a member of the CPPCC and an educator, he participated in and promoted the development of Guangming Education, helping Guangming Education strengthen its foundation, make up for its shortcomings, and improve its quality. Especially in the past five years, Guangming Education has ushered in a qualitative change as a whole, with the increase in the number of new public schools in and the introduction of many famous teachers. Now Liu Huijin, who is nearly sixty years old, has been working hard on Guangming education for 14 years. As a talent introduced in the field of Guangming Education, when I first came, I had a moment of hesitation in the face of a region to be developed and a strong psychological gap in education.

In 2007, Guangming New District was established. In 2008, the Public Utilities Bureau of Guangming New District established a teaching and research center and conducted recruitment examinations across the country. At this time, Liu Huijin was the vice principal of Guangzhou Haizhu District No. 5 Middle School and the deputy director of Haizhu District Education Development Center. When he reaches middle age, he also faces the confusion of his career development. Should he stick to his interests and hobbies and focus on education and research or take administrative management positions? 启动科研 聚焦生涯

作为教育科研工作者，他走访辖区的公办、民办学校做调研，整个基础教育的落后，超乎他的想象。辖区民办学校多、公办学校少；名师缺乏，教育人才留人难；很多教师不会写论文、做课题，部分教师安于现状，缺乏上进心；全市优质教育资源向光明倾斜少。

We will also encounter various challenges in life, and optimistic people will actively adjust their mentality. "Every student must have a sun in his heart." Proposal calls for the development of vocational education

Since his work, he has served as a member of the First CPPCC of Huiyang City and a member of the 13th CPPCC of Haizhu District, Guangzhou. After coming to Guangming to work, he served as a member of the 4th and 5th CPPCC Committee of Bao'an District, Shenzhen. In 2018, Guangming District was established, and he became a member of the first CPPCC of Guangming District.

As a member of the CPPCC, Liu Huijin pays great attention to Guangming's education and has always contributed to Guangming's education development. When he was a member of the Bao'an District CPPCC, he submitted a key proposal of "Lu Tong Xin Cai Tong", which was highly valued by the Guangming New District Management Committee. Later, through on-site visits and investigations, he made him more clear about the shortcomings in the development of Guangming Education.

Guangming has few public schools and many private schools, and lacks vocational education. For Guangming, half of junior high school students should be diverted to other districts after graduation. Guangming's education structure is obviously unreasonable, which greatly restricts Guangming's development. To build a world-class science city, Guangming will inevitably need a large number of professional and skilled talents while various key industries continue to gather Guangming.

Since 2016, Liu Huijin has submitted relevant proposals on the development of Guangming's vocational education many times. He believes that Guangming can consider developing high-quality vocational education on the basis of the continuous filling of basic education shortcomings, and adapt to Guangming's future industrial and regional development trend. "General education is the artery, vocational education is the vein, and vocational education should be combined with long-term and short-term planning. At present, Guangming's vocational education is mainly undertaken by Gongming Cheng School and Guangming Cheng School, which is still a big gap with the future demand for Guangming professional talents." The development of vocational education and special education that has called for over the years has ushered in happy results.

In July this year, the Guangming District CPPCC held a symposium on accelerating the construction of permanent campuses of district secondary vocational schools and excessive campus use, and exchanged and interacted with the functional departments participating in the meeting on issues such as the setting of vocational education majors and industrial docking. The district leaders instructed the education department to raise demands and the planning department to implement the work, complete the construction of district-affiliated secondary vocational schools as soon as possible, and continuously improve the Guangming District education system.

During the time when Liu Huijin was a member of the CPPCC, he submitted 12 CPPCC proposals based on his job and became key proposals in relevant regions, and 8 were involved in Guangming District. During this period, he wrote the papers on participating in politics and political discussions also won the third prize in the review of Guangdong Political Studies and Political Studies.

Looking back on the 14 years he worked at Guangming, he witnessed the rapid development of Guangming Education and witnessed the rapid transformation of Guangming City, from the remote "country" in the past to Guangming Science City, and education has achieved full coverage from kindergarten to university, which was unimaginable at the beginning.

"After the rapid development of Guangming in recent years, the overall education level has been improved a lot, but there is still a lot of room for improvement, especially compared with Futian and Nanshan Education, there is still a gap that needs to be made up. Education is a hard indicator for Guangming to build a first-class science city and retain high-end talents, and education in Guangming District also needs to continue to work hard and be brave to catch up."
