4 Sub-item inspection batch quality acceptance record
1. Whenever the sub-item inspection batch quality acceptance record form encounters the acceptance opinion column of the supervision unit: pass; fill in the acceptance conclusion of the supervision unit: After inspection, it meets the design and specification requirements and is qualified.
2. Whenever the quality acceptance record form of the inspection batch of the sub-projects is encountered, it is filled in the acceptance record column of the supervision unit: after inspection, it meets the design and specification requirements; fill in the acceptance conclusion column of the supervision unit: agree to the evaluation results of the construction unit and pass the acceptance.
5 Basic requirements for compliance review
1. All tables used in engineering projects should be uniformly used for provincial or municipal tables and should not be mixed; when there are insufficient provincial and municipal tables, self-made tables must be submitted to the provincial and municipal stations for filing.
2. The full name of the project name column at the header should be filled in, which is consistent with the project name in the contract or bidding documents.
3. The names of each responsible subject should be written in the full name, which is the same as the unit name on the contract signature and seal. The project manager column should be filled in: the signer or the representative appointed by the signer in the contract form is consistent.
4. Check whether the content of various materials, data and acceptance signatures are true, complete and standardized.
5. When there is no project content in the table, you should make a diagonal line; when qualitative projects meet the requirements of the specifications, you should mark them with the correct marks, and when they do not meet the requirements, you should use the method of marking them with the cross.
6. The engineering materials are printed on A4 format paper. The signature column shall not be printed. Each signer shall sign separately and shall not be replaced by the information officer. The signature must be clearly identifiable.
7. The writing and signature of engineering materials should be written using carbon ink with strong durability and blue black ink. It should not be written using red, pure blue ink, ballpoint pen, pencil, etc. that are prone to fading.
8. Any supervisor of the unqualified data review should be returned in a timely manner and the reporting unit should be required to make rectification within a time limit.
9. Adhere to the principle of synchronizing project data filling and project progress.
10. Matters not covered shall be subject to the relevant current regulations issued by the construction administrative department or authorized unit. The main control project and general project are accepted, and the strength of concrete and mortar specimens is determined after the test report is released, and all other projects have been accepted. Note "Agree to acceptance and carry out the next process construction" or "acceptance is qualified". sub-project acceptance should be noted:
1. It is to check whether the inspection batch covers the entire project with missing parts;

Professional supervision engineers of the supervision unit (professional person in charge of the construction unit) should review items one by one, fill in "qualified or meet the requirements" for the approval items, and do not fill in the items that do not agree for the time being, and they will be accepted after being processed, but should be marked. Indicate the opinions on acceptance and non-acceptance. If you agree to the acceptance and sign and confirm, please point out any problems if you do not agree to the acceptance and clarify the handling opinions and completion time.
