Online teaching
Education bureaus of all counties (cities) and districts, education and health bureaus of Hi-tech Zone, schools at all levels and types in Fuzhou:
received a notice from the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Command. According to the current epidemic prevention and control situation in Fuzhou, after comprehensive research and consultation by experts, it was decided that schools in some regions should be converted to online teaching. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1.1 October 25th (Tuesday) to 30th (Sunday) , Gulou District, Taijiang District , Cangshan District , Jin'an District , Mawei District , Minhou County , Lianjiang County , Minqing County, and Hi-tech Zone Schools at all levels and types of schools (including private schools) and off-campus training institutions in the whole region have suspended offline education and teaching and started online teaching.
2. Schools at all levels and types that transfer to online teaching should formulate and implement response plans "one school, one case" and scientifically analyze and choose appropriate teaching models. Teachers, students and staff should be urged to participate in the regional nucleic acid test in a timely manner according to local requirements to ensure that no one is missed.
3. Relevant universities in the region implement closed management and carry out online teaching. In principle, teachers, students and staff living on campus are not allowed to leave school, and approval procedures must be followed. In principle, teachers, students and staff living outside the school do not enter the campus, and strictly follow the approval procedures in special circumstances. Staff on duty should be "two points and one line" when commuting to and from work, and self-driving to enter the school is encouraged. Strictly control the school gate, all enrolled students must strictly scan the code to measure temperature, and implement closed-loop management.
4. The teaching arrangements for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in other counties (cities) and districts shall be submitted to the local epidemic prevention and control command after the education administrative department of the county (cities) and district, in conjunction with the local health and health department for comprehensive analysis and judgment of the epidemic prevention and control situation. We must strengthen comprehensive analysis and risk analysis of school epidemic monitoring, scientifically formulate epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency response plans, and effectively ensure the public health safety of teachers, students, staff and schools.
