1. Registration object
Registration object is a graduate of a secondary vocational school (including general secondary vocational school, vocational school , vocational high school , adult secondary vocational school , hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational school) that have household registration or obtain academic qualifications of this province and meet the basic requirements for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities (including general secondary vocational school, vocational school , hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational school). Candidates must take the secondary vocational school student academic achievement test before registering for the secondary vocational school vocational education college entrance examination.
2023 Modern Vocational Education System Inter-cultural Training Project in our province in Transfer to the Entry (hereinafter referred to as Transfer to the Entry) registration targets are the "3+3" segmented training for secondary and higher vocational schools and the "3+4" segmented training for secondary and undergraduates in the 2020 Modern Vocational Education System 2020 announced by the Provincial Department of Education.
2. Registration time and location
1. Registration and on-site confirmation time. October 29 to 31, 2022 is the qualification review and examination confirmation stage. The registration point can collect natural information such as candidates' names, photos, ID numbers, etc. in advance. November 1 to 4, 2022 is the online registration and on-site confirmation stage for candidates. The deadline for on-site confirmation is 17:00 on November 4th, and no more registration and confirmation will be made after the deadline.
2. Registration and on-site confirmation location. fresh graduates are in their school, and can also register and confirm on-site at the registration point designated by the city, county (city, district) admissions office where their student status or household registration is located. Past graduates with household registration in our province and fresh graduates studying in other provinces shall register and confirm on-site at the registration points designated by the city, county (city, district) admissions office where the household registration is located. Past graduates from secondary vocational schools in our province with household registration and household registration in other provinces shall register and confirm on-site at the registration point designated by the city, county (city, district) admissions office where the graduating school is located.
3. Organization and management
Registration work is organized by the Provincial Education Examination Institute, and is managed in a hierarchical manner by each city, county (city, district) admissions office, and relevant secondary vocational schools (registration points, the same below) and is responsible for each level. All localities must do a good job in training and on-site confirmation of online registration for candidates in their regions within the specified time.
1. The admissions offices of each city are responsible for the review of the registration qualifications of candidates in the counties (cities, districts) under their jurisdiction, and the organization and coordination of online registration work; responsible for the management of passwords within the city; responsible for the guidance of online registration and online payment for candidates in the city; responsible for monitoring the progress of online registration and confirmation of candidates in the county (cities, districts) under their jurisdiction through the Internet, and inspect and urge the admissions offices of the county (cities, districts) under their jurisdiction to do a good job in online registration.
2. The admissions offices of each county (city, district) are responsible for the review of the registration qualifications of candidates within the county (city, district) and the organization and coordination of online registration work of secondary vocational schools; are responsible for the management of passwords within the county (city, district); are responsible for the guidance of online registration and online payment of candidates within the county (city, district); are responsible for monitoring the progress of online registration and confirmation of candidates in the secondary vocational schools under their jurisdiction through the Internet, and inspect and supervise the registration points to do a good job in online registration.
3. Each registration point is responsible for the review of the registration qualifications of candidates at this registration point, organize and guide candidates to conduct online registration and online payment; be responsible for monitoring the progress of online registration of candidates to this registration point through the Internet; be responsible for providing an online registration environment for candidates who do not meet the online registration requirements, and helping candidates solve problems during the online registration process; be responsible for printing the candidate registration information confirmation form, organizing candidates to sign and confirm, generating candidate numbers, and printing and issuing registration information forms with candidate numbers for candidates who do not participate in the cultural unified examination.
Each registration point is responsible for the early collection and registration guidance of the registration information of the candidates who are transferred to the registration point (secondary vocational schools). It will also import the information of the candidates who are transferred to the online registration system within the specified time, and at the same time, the copy of the admission list of the candidates who are transferred to the secondary vocational school will be submitted to the leading college for review.
4. Registration process
1. Qualification review
Before online registration begins, candidates must go to the registration point designated by the city, county (city, district) admissions office within the specified time to conduct registration qualification review and review. Among them, candidates who register for the transfer to higher education must be students in the transfer to higher education program, otherwise they will not be allowed to apply.
Admissions offices of all cities, counties (cities, districts) and relevant secondary vocational schools must strictly control the registration qualification review work and designate a dedicated person to be responsible. When reviewing the registration qualification of fresh graduates, they must provide their resident ID card and household registration book. Those who register in the non-school place must also provide the academic certificate certificate issued by the academic record management department of the original academic record. Previous students must provide their resident ID card, household registration book and original and copy of their vocational school graduation certificate (1 copy) when reviewing their registration qualifications. Graduates of technical schools who register for the secondary vocational education college entrance examination must provide an admission certificate from the admission department where they are from or where their student is from the year they are enrolled.
Provincial Education Examination Institute will verify the registration information of candidates. For candidates who do not meet the registration qualifications, once verified, they will be disqualified from the application and the relevant personnel will be held accountable. For example, ordinary high school candidates obtain application qualifications by forging certificates of certificates, academic record file and other methods, and record their violations into the electronic file of integrity of the college entrance examination, and provide them to colleges and universities as important references for admission.
registration point collects the ID card information of the candidates through the qualification review through the second generation ID card reader, generates and issues the examination number, binds the examination number of the candidates to the subject group, and collects electronic photos of the candidates. The electronic photos of the candidates must be collected according to the ID photo standards. The examination number is the number used to establish the candidate's electronic file when registering online and the number used during the physical examination. It consists of 12 digits: year (2 digits) + registration point code (6 digits) + flow number (4 digits). The examination number is the same as the ordinary college entrance examination number. If the candidates who have obtained the ordinary college entrance examination number will no longer have the examination number of the new students.
2.Fill in the information collection form
1 Before registering online, candidates must review and understand the relevant policies and regulations for the college entrance examination and transfer of secondary vocational education in our province in advance, and carefully read the "2023 Secondary vocational education college entrance examination registration information collection form (cursive form)" (Appendix 1) or "2023 Secondary vocational education student transfer of secondary vocational education registration information collection form (cursive form)" (Appendix 2) (hereinafter referred to as the registration information collection form (cursive form)) filling out the form instructions, and combine the actual situation of the person, carefully and accurately fill out the registration information collection form (cursive form). Candidates can download the form from the Provincial Education Examination Institute portal website (www.jseea.cn). All candidates must fill in the names and codes of the subject group and professional skills directions, and the subject group and professional skills directions they apply must correspond to the majors they studied in the secondary vocational school. After the registration information collection form (draft form) is completed, the candidate must carefully check whether the information filled in is consistent with his or her actual situation and confirm that it is correct.
Candidates who take the first batch of undergraduate and junior college entrance examinations for secondary vocational education must fill out the professional skills examination and take the cultural unified examination at the same time; candidates who only take the second batch of junior college admissions do not take the professional skills examination, and can decide whether to take the cultural unified examination according to the requirements of the intended school. Candidates who only participate in transferring to higher education will not take the professional skills test. Candidates in the "3+4" segment training must take the Chinese, mathematics and English exam in Chinese, Chinese, and English, and do not take the professional comprehensive theoretical subject examination.
3. Online registration
Candidates must log in to the online registration system for the secondary vocational education college entrance examination (www.jseea.cn or https://gk.jseea.cn) with their examination number and ID number within the specified time. The initial password is the last six digits of the ID number. After logging in to the system for the first time, you must reset your password. If the password is lost, the candidate will apply for a password reset with his/her ID card and his/her application. After logging in, candidates enter the contents on the registration information collection form (grass form) into the corresponding column in turn, and please click the "Submit" button immediately to perform online submission operation.When candidates submit registration information online, the online registration system will perform data logic verification on the candidate's registration information. If a warning or prompt information appears, it means that the relevant column information filled in is incorrect. You must carefully check the filled-in column according to the warning or prompt content and modify it until it is correct. After the candidates' registration information is successfully submitted online, before signing and confirming the information, they can re-surf the Internet with their password to modify the registration information they filled in.
County (city, district) admissions office should organize fresh candidates to register online at the registration point.
4. Online payment
After the candidate registration information is successfully submitted online, the system will automatically generate the amount of registration examination fee to be paid based on the actual subjects applied for by the candidate. Candidates will pay the registration examination fee according to the approved amount through the online registration system. Among them, the registration fee is 20 yuan/student, and the examination fee for the unified cultural examination is 26 yuan/subject. After successful online payment, candidates can sign and confirm the registration information at the prescribed registration point.
5. Information confirmation
1 Candidates who submit registration information online and successfully pay the fee will be uniformly printed by the registration point. Candidates must go to the registration point designated by the city, county (city, district) admissions office within the specified time to carefully check their registration information. After verification, the candidate himself shall sign and confirm on the registration information confirmation form (the candidate's parents, teachers, classmates, etc. shall not sign and confirm on his behalf). The deadline for confirming registration information is 17:00 on November 4th.
Candidates will only retain the candidate's registration information after they register online and submit immediately; the registration information must be signed and confirmed by the candidate himself before it is valid. Registration information that has not been confirmed by the candidate himself is invalid; once the candidate's registration information is confirmed, no one may change it without authorization. If the information is indeed necessary to be modified in individual special circumstances, the candidate himself shall apply to the registration point. After approval, the registration point shall modify it, and the registration information confirmation form must be reprinted for signature confirmation. The confirmed registration information is stored in the candidate's electronic file. The registration information confirmation form after signing and confirmation is retained by the county (city, district) admissions office for reference, and the retention period is one year.
6. Generate candidate number
After the candidate signs and confirms on the registration information confirmation form, the registration point will immediately generate the candidate's candidate's candidate number. Candidates who do not participate in the Cultural Unified Examination will directly print the registration information form with the candidate number from the registration point and distribute it to the candidates. Candidates who take the Cultural Unified Examination will obtain their candidate number when receiving the Cultural Unified Examination Admission Ticket. The candidate number consists of 14 digits: year (2 digits) + provincial code (2 digits, Jiangsu Province code is 32) + city, county (city, district) code (4 digits) + subject group code (2 digits) + candidate serial number (4 digits). It is the number used by candidates when filling in their application online. Candidates must keep the candidate number properly and must not disclose it to others. If the candidate is inadequate in keeping the application online, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate.
Admissions offices of each city, county (city, district) and relevant secondary vocational schools must download the registration information database with the candidate number within the specified time in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Education Examination Institute. The registration point must print the list of candidates.
5. Information collection of rewards and care recipients
1. Candidates who apply to enjoy the reward and care policy for the college entrance examination of secondary vocational education must participate in the province's unified online registration for the college entrance examination of secondary vocational education, and at the same time fill in the professional skills examination and the cultural unified examination. They must obtain the cultural unified examination results. The winning competition items must correspond to the subject group they are applying for. Candidates in the sports subject group must obtain pass-through scores in the professional skills examination and cultural unified examination results in order to enjoy the reward policy for the college entrance examination of secondary vocational education. Candidates in the "3+4" stage training of secondary vocational and undergraduates must participate in online registration, and at the same time participate in the cultural unified examination (excluding comprehensive professional theory), and obtain three subjects of Chinese, mathematics, and English. The winning competition items must correspond to the subject group they are applying for in order to enjoy the reward policy for transferring to the stage.
2. Candidates who meet the reward and care policies must also fill out the "Candidates' Status Registration Form for Enjoying Reward and Care Policy" (Appendix 3) when confirming the registration information, and provide the original and copy of relevant supporting materials to go through relevant procedures.
3. Admissions offices at all levels must review and report the candidates who enjoy rewards and care policies in accordance with the time and requirements stipulated by the Provincial Education Examination Institute.
6. Relevant requirements
1. Admissions offices at all levels and relevant secondary vocational schools should effectively strengthen training guidance and organizational management of online registration and online payment work in their regions, establish special institutions, equip special personnel, formulate plans for handling online registration emergencies, and ensure the smooth implementation of online registration work.
2. Before the registration work begins, management departments at all levels must coordinate and communicate with telecommunications, power and other relevant departments in advance to provide necessary guarantees for online registration. Institutions that access the Internet through proxy servers should set up relevant parameters of proxy servers in advance and do a good job in virus prevention and control.
3. During the registration period, management departments at all levels must designate a special person to log in to the registration management system to monitor the progress of online registration and information confirmation of candidates in the region and secondary vocational schools in real time. The user names and passwords of management ends at all levels shall be issued by the Provincial Education Examination Institute and shall be kept properly in place in all regions. In addition, in order to strengthen security management, administrator authentication passwords will be used as one password at a time and will be sent through mobile phone text messages. Administrators at all levels must ensure that the mobile phone text message function is used normally.
4. The admissions offices of all cities, counties (cities, districts) should reasonably arrange time and remind candidates to fill in and submit online as soon as possible to prevent network congestion before registration is completed. Once the registration information confirmation deadline has arrived, the registration system will be automatically closed. Therefore, each registration point should reasonably arrange the registration and information confirmation work to avoid loosening the front and tightening the back, and the situation where the registration information confirmation work cannot be completed within the specified time.
