"Serene contemplation, persistent questioning, dedicated creation, and calm life." This is the motto he believes in. He has been teaching for 28 years and served as a class teacher for 25 years. He is still working on the front line of class teacher work and has excellent teaching achievements over the years. In order to cultivate good study habits for students, he used his lunch break every day to communicate with students. When he was tired, he lay on the table in the classroom to rest for a while, insisting on not letting a child fall behind. For many years, working overtime has been his normal work routine. He comes early and leaves late, and works more than 12 hours a day.
As the host of the district’s famous teacher studio, he actively leads the moral and legal teachers in the district to learn advanced teaching theories and realize group development. He guided Li Fenghua and other teachers to win the first prize of municipal quality courses, and guided more than 20 people to teach urban and district-level open course observation classes. More than ten projects directed by teachers such as Duan Na, Bian Lihua and others were established in the provincial and municipal planning offices. Since 2019, he and his team have gradually formed the "Three Lives" Taoist teaching proposition. In May 2020, the "Three Lives Taoism Teaching" submitted by the institute was awarded the first prize of Binzhou teaching achievement.
Since 2011, more than 10 papers have been published in core Chinese journals such as " Ideological and Political Course Teaching " and "Reference for Middle School Political Teaching". Completed the monographs "Research on Experiential Teaching of Moral and Rule of Law in Junior High Schools" and "Looking for the Truth of Education". In March 2022, the provincial project "Research on the Teaching Methods of Ideological and Morality of Junior High Schools to Improve Students' Core Literacy" he chaired has been completed, and there are still two municipal projects under development.
He is filial to the elderly and loved his relatives, and is both loyal and filial. As the head teacher, he used his own personal practice to teach students an ideological and political class of "respecting his parents". My mother was hospitalized for five consecutive times. In order not to delay students' courses, he went to work during the day and went to the hospital to take care of the elderly at night, and his rest time was greatly shortened... Due to long-term work at desks, his cervical and lumbar spine were not good. Even though lumbar disc herniation crawled on the ground in pain, he did not delay work.
In 2021, he served as the guiding expert of the professional development engineering discipline of Internet+ teachers in Shandong Province, and also served as the organization and management of the professional development engineering of Internet+ teachers in the whole district. On August 21 of the same year, at the invitation of Shandong People's Publishing House, he gave a training on "Student Reading Book for Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era" for junior high school teachers in the province.
On December 13, 2021, according to the arrangement of Shandong Provincial Department of Education , he overcame difficulties and went to the 12th Division of the No. 1 Middle School of the Xinjiang Construction Corps to conduct teaching and research activities. He said that he should constantly cultivate himself through careful consideration and practice, and be a down-to-earth practical activist.
