Guangdong Provincial Accounting Professional and Technical Qualification Examination Office on the post-qualification review of the 2022 Accounting Intermediate Qualification Examination in our province
Accounting Qualification Examination Management Institutions at all levels and above:
The results of the 2022 National Accounting Professional and Technical Qualification Examination have been announced on the National Accounting Qualification Evaluation Network. According to the provisions of the "Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on the Examination Schedule and Related Matters of the 2022 National Accounting Professional and Technical Qualification Examination" (Guangdong Finance and Accounting [2021] No. 11), the following notice is now to inform the relevant matters of the review of the accounting intermediate qualification examination in our province:
1. Review object
Candidates who have passed all subjects [all scores of 60 points (inclusive) or above] in two consecutive exam years.
2. Review conditions
In addition to meeting the basic conditions stipulated in the Guangdong Finance and Accounting [2021] No. 11, people who register for the intermediate qualification examination must also meet one of the following conditions:
(I) Have a college degree and have been engaged in accounting for 5 years.
(II) Have a bachelor's degree or a bachelor's degree in , and have been engaged in accounting for 4 years.
(III) Graduated from a second bachelor's degree or graduated from a postgraduate class and worked in accounting for 2 years.
(IV) Have a master's degree and have been engaged in accounting for 1 year.
(V) Have a doctorate degree.
(VI) Passed the national unified examination and obtained the intermediate qualification for professional and technical qualifications for economics, statistics, and audits.
Educational qualifications or degrees refer to academic qualifications or degrees recognized by of the national education administrative department, and should be obtained before March 9, 2022. The deadline for accounting years of work is December 31, 2022.
3. Review time
(I) The application time for review is from 9:00 on October 31 to 17:30 on November 11. Log in to the Guangdong Provincial Accounting Information Service Platform (https://kj.czt.gd.gov.cn:8093/#/loginEntrance), click "Business Processing-Accounting Professional Technical Qualification Examination-After Qualification Review" to handle online. The overdue system will no longer be closed.
(II) Return the modification candidates, please modify them according to the review opinions of the examination management agency, and complete the modification before 17:30 on November 14, and the overdue system will no longer be accepted.
4. Review material list
(I) Online registration candidate information form for the 2022 National Accounting Intermediate Qualification Examination (can log in to http://58.56.20.38:81/ksbm/usercxbmb22z29.jsp for supplemental printing).
(II) Valid ID card used for candidates to register.
(III) Educational or degree certificate.
(IV) Work experience proof materials (set by the accounting qualification examination management agencies of each city).
(V) Candidate Commitment Letter (Appendix 1).
Upload material type is picture, and the format should be .jpg or .jpeg.
5. Relevant requirements
(1) The accounting qualification examination management agencies of each city must promptly announce the relevant arrangements for the post-intermediate qualification review to candidates in their regions, and do a good job in the post-intermediate qualification review of accounting intermediate qualifications in accordance with regulations.
(II) According to the current regulations, candidates who pass the accounting intermediate qualifications must take the qualification review after the exam and pass the review before they can issue the qualification certificate ; those who fail to take the qualification review after the exam or fail the qualification review will not be granted.
(III) The accounting qualification examination management institutions of each city shall complete the post-review of the accounting intermediate qualification examination in their regions before November 16, and submit the review report and the "Candidate Information Proof" to the Provincial Accounting Examination Office.
