. Access the system
Log in to the "Henan Provincial Admissions Office" website (http://www.heao.gov.cn), Click "Henan Province Ordinary College Enrollment Candidate Service Platform" (Figure 1-1) on the right side of the homepage to enter the candidate service platform system. You can also directly access https://pzwb.heao.gov.cn to enter the web page of the candidate service platform (Figure 1-2).
It is recommended to use Chrome browser, Firefox browser, Opera browser, QQ browser, Sogou browser, Internet Explorer 11, etc.

If you cannot open the web page of the "Candidate Service Platform" using the IE browser, please select "Internet Options" in the "Tools" menu (as shown in Figure 1-2-1) and check "Use TLS 1.2" in the "Advanced" tab (as shown in Figure 1-2-2).

Before formal registration, please carefully read the relevant policy information in the "Information Announcement" column on the left side of the homepage of the website. Click the "More" button to view more policies and information (Figure 1-3). If the policy information is more than one page, you can click the page turn button in the upper right corner to view the information of other pages, or enter the page number to view, and then click the "GO" button to directly view the information of the page (Figure 1-3-1).

, Registration and login
Candidates need to register first. Click the "Register" button on the homepage to carefully check the 2021 Henan Province Ordinary College Enrollment Candidates' Integrity Commitment Letter (Figure 1-4), and click to agree to enter the candidate registration interface (Figure 1-5).
Note: One computer can only be used by one candidate at the same time, and two or more candidates cannot use one computer to register at the same time.
(1) "Registration Serial Number" and "Registration Password" are the necessary credentials for candidates to register online. Candidates must first go to each registration point or county and district admissions office to receive the "Registration Serial Number" and "Registration Password".
After receiving the registration number, please first check whether the type and category of the application are correct. If there are any problems, report it to the registration point or the county and district admissions office in time. If the information is correct, register online according to the “registration number” and “registration password” you received and complete online registration. The "Registering Serial Number" and "Registering Password" will no longer be used after successful registration.

(2) Enter the 12-digit "registration number" and 8-digit "registration password".
(3) The ID number must be 18 digits. If the last digit is the letter "X", please use capital letters. The same ID number can only be registered once.
(4) Please slide the graphics in the pop-up box to form a complete graphics.
(5) After all the information on the "Candidate Registration" page is entered correctly, click the "Register" button to enter the "Candidate Registration Information Registration" page.

If the candidate does not enter the "Candidate Registration Information Registration Page" normally after clicking "Register", please check the information prompts after the input box or carefully check the pop-up error prompt information. Follow the prompt information to modify the registration information and click "Register" again.

After entering the candidate registration information registration page (picture) 2-1), please carefully check the red prompt information and blue annotation information on the top of the page, and confirm again whether the type of exam you are applying for is correct and whether the registration point is incorrect.
. Fill in the basic information content

If the candidate is a "fresh graduate of ordinary high school" or a previous graduate who has participated in the New Year's College Entrance Examination in our province in recent years, you can directly see your name, identity information, academic level scores, etc. on the page, otherwise the candidate needs to fill in it yourself (Figure 2-2).
If the ID number information is entered incorrectly, please close the current page and register again. Name, ID number, date of birth, gender, and ethnicity are required to be consistent with the information on the ID card, and once the registration is successful, candidates are not allowed to modify it themselves. Therefore, candidates must be cautious when filling in and do not make mistakes.
The household registration of this province should select the household registration location level according to the household registration book. Please select the household registration of another province first, and then fill in the household registration information according to the household registration book.
If candidates still need to apply for the sports single recruitment, please select it in the drop-down box for the same application information. The default is not to report on both sides. When choosing a time to report on the same page, please carefully read the "Important Tips" in the pop-up box and then determine whether to report on the same page. (Figure 2-3)

Postal code, recipient and mailing address. The filling in these three items should be consistent to facilitate the receipt of admission letters. The postal code must be filled in the postal code where the candidate receives the notice (please switch the input method to enter in English). The address must be filled in the address where the recipient is located. The more detailed the better. Be careful not to exceed the length of 50 Chinese characters.

If the related person fills incorrectly or fills in more, you can click the related person's title text to clear the filled-in information.
If the candidate has brothers and sisters to apply for the exam at the same time, be sure to pay attention to the fact that the parents’ name, ID number, ethnicity, work unit, occupation category, household registration and other information must be filled in consistently.
After filling in all the information, carefully check it and click "Save" after ensuring that it is correct. If there is any error, there will be a prompt message (Figure 2-5). Please follow the prompts to modify and save again (Figure 2-6). After the registration and saving of is successful, the original registration number and registration password will no longer be used.

, Dynamic password binding
021 According to relevant national laws and regulations, the candidate service platform supports dynamic password binding, further strengthening the security of candidate accounts. After the candidates have completed registration, the system will automatically jump to the dynamic password binding page (Figure 2-6).

Candidates can follow the official account of "Henan Provincial Admissions Office", and then use the mini program provided by the official account to scan the QR code in the image, and enter the 8-digit dynamic password generated by the mini program to confirm that the binding is successful. When binding a dynamic password, please carefully read the security precautions on the screen. Scan the QR code only using your own or your family’s mobile phone. Do not let others scan it, and do not save the QR code image to others. If the QR code information is stolen by others, candidates can bring their documents and go to the county and district admissions office to re-bind it.
If the candidate does not carry a mobile phone or does not have a mobile phone for the time being, you can also carefully read the red prompt message at the bottom of the screen, check and click "Give up binding" and do not use this security measure for the time being.
If the candidate binds a dynamic password, each time he logs in, he needs to enter the dynamic password displayed by the mini program (Figure 2-7).

Candidates who do not choose to bind dynamic passwords will display security risk warnings on the homepage of the system after logging in (as shown in Figure 2-8). Candidates can directly click the binding button, verify the SMS verification code or password verification information, and add the binding dynamic password (Figure 2-9).

, SMS service number confirmation
If the candidate fills in the SMS service number on the registration page, after the candidate successfully registers, the system will automatically send a text message to the candidate. After the candidate receives the text message, the received verification code information on the mobile phone number confirmation page (Figure 2-10) [SMS validity period 20 Minutes], verify and confirm the filled-in mobile phone number.

If the candidate has successfully registered for a period of time, he still has not received a text message containing the 6-digit verification code. Please check whether the mobile phone number is correct and whether it is a user of China Telecom, China Unicom or China Mobile in Henan Province. If the number is correct, you can click the "Resend SMS" button to resend the text message. If the number is incorrect, you can also correct the original registered mobile phone number, or choose to delete the mobile phone number that is wrong or cannot receive text messages.

If candidates do not fill in the SMS service number, the page will be transferred to the "Henan Province 2021 General Higher Education Entrance Examination Registration Form (Proofreading Form)" after registration correctly. Your 14-digit candidate number pops up on the interface of at the same time, please remember! can only use the 14-digit candidate number and the login password set when registering.
Candidates can also select the "View Information" item from the menu as shown in Figure 2-11 to enter the registration information viewing page.
Candidates can click the "Finish" button to end the entire registration (Figure 2-12). Once confirmed and submitted, the candidates will be unable to modify the application information themselves.

After the candidates have completed their registration online, there is a payment prompt information at the end of the viewing information page. Candidates can choose to pay mobile phone or online banking (Figure 2-13).

. Modify password verification information
Candidates who have completed registration and generated candidate number can modify their password prompt information. After logging in with the candidate number and login password, click "System Information" and click "Password Verification Information Modification" in the drop-down menu. Enter the interface as shown in Figure 3-1.

Please fill in the new password verification information in the "Password Verification Information", then click the "Reset" button. The modification prompt in Figure 3-2 appears. Click the "OK" button to complete the reset of the password verification information.

. Query the candidate number
Candidates who have already registered, if they forget the candidate number, they can retrieve their candidate number according to the following method. If there is a dynamic password bound, the dynamic password will display the corresponding candidate number. You can also enter the "Henan Province Ordinary College Candidate Service Platform" through the method introduced above. Then click "Forgot candidate number" and enter the "Candidate Number Query" interface, as shown in Figure 3-2. Next, fill in the correct "Register Serial Number", "Register Password", and "Name", and then enter the "Verification Code" according to the content in the picture box. If the verification code cannot be seen clearly, click the image to refresh and retrieve it again.

Finally, click the "Query" button and a dialog box pops up, as shown in Figure 3-3. Click "OK" to finish.

. Reset password
Candidates who have forgotten their password, can reset their login password by resetting their password. First, enter the "Henan Provincial Ordinary College Candidate Service Platform" through the method introduced above.
Then click "Forgot Password" to enter the "Password Reset" interface, as shown in Figure 3-4. Next, fill in the correct "Register Serial Number", "Register Password", and "Name", and then enter the "Verification Code" according to the content in the picture box. Then click the "Next" button to enter the interface of Figure 3-5. Fill in "Mobile phone verification information" or "Password verification information", "New login password", and "Confirm new password" in turn. Finally, click the "Reset" button to pop up the dialog box, as shown in Figure 3-6. Click "OK" to complete the password reset.

Public information is information sent by the Admissions Office to all candidates, and personal information is information released by the Admissions Office to individual candidates. Public information is in the public inbox, and personal information is in the personal inbox.

Note:
. Candidates must register with integrity and take the exam with integrity. If they find that they fill in false registration information, they will be recorded in the candidate's integrity file.
, login password. "Login Password" is used by candidates after successfully registering. It requires at least 8 digits, but it cannot exceed 20 digits, and must contain both letters, lowercase, numbers and symbols. After successful registration, the "Register Password" will be invalid and the login password must be used to log in to the system. "Login Password" and "Confirm Password" must be the same.
login password is the key to the candidates who will log in to the online information collection system in the future. They must be used in the application for care recipients, inquiry of college entrance examination information, score inquiry, volunteer filling, and solicitation of volunteers during the admission period. Please remember and save them properly. The login password should not be set the same or regular in the whole school or class, nor should it be consistent with the registration password. Do not tell others, so as not to affect the re-login and application work due to password leakage.
In order to further strengthen the security of candidates' accounts, candidates can activate the dynamic password after successfully registering and obtaining the candidate's number. Use the QR code provided by the mobile phone to bind the candidate's number (follow the WeChat official account of "Henan Provincial Admissions Office" to obtain the mini program, and then scan the code to bind it). Each time you log in to the candidate service platform, enter the dynamic password displayed by the mini program to perform secondary verification.
. Confirm password. "Confirm Password" is a confirmation of "Login Password". The same content must be entered as "Confirm Password" and "Login Password".
, Password verification information. "Password Verification Information" is an important basis for not filling in your mobile phone number and forgetting your password to retrieve your password. Please keep it properly. It is recommended that all Chinese characters should not include punctuation marks, and do not set them to your own name. The longest number is 15 Chinese characters. If you forget your password and have not filled in the candidate's mobile phone or bound the candidate's account through the WeChat official account, you can only reset your password through the password verification information. However, this method is no longer safe, so it is strongly recommended that you fill in your mobile phone number or bind the candidate's account through your WeChat official account.
, SMS service on mobile phones. mainly provides security services and information services to candidates. Used for the "Henan Province General College Enrollment Candidate Service Platform" login reminder, password reset verification, volunteer report filling, notification of scores and other information. The Provincial Admissions Office will send free text messages to candidates who fill in their mobile phone numbers through the 10639639 public welfare text message platform. Currently, only mobile phone numbers in Henan Province that are not portable by China Telecom, China Unicom or China Mobile. The same mobile phone number can only be registered and used by one candidate! Ensure that the mobile phone number can be used normally before the end of October 2022 (the service deadline for this service is at the end of October 2022). Make sure the candidate or the candidate's guardian is the registered user of the number, so as to avoid losing the mobile phone and being unable to reissue it. After filling in, the system will automatically send a text message to confirm. You also need to use this mobile phone number when resetting your password and other operations. If there are any changes, please make changes in time.
Candidates follow the official account of "Henan Provincial Admissions Office" and bind the candidate information. After logging in to reminders, reset passwords, change mobile phones, give up volunteers, score notifications, and admission results, verification codes or information notifications such as verification codes or information notifications will be sent through the WeChat official account.
, name. Please fill in your name, which should be consistent with the name information on your ID card. Do not use similar or homophones. At least two Chinese characters. If there are more than 5 Chinese characters, only the first 5 Chinese characters should be filled in. If there are rare characters, you can use the capital Chinese pinyin instead.
, date of birth. format is xxxx-xx-xx, such as 2002-09-01. Consistent with the date of birth on the ID card.
, ID number. Please fill in your ID number truthfully, and it must be consistent with the information on your ID card. If the last digit is the letter "X", please fill in the capital letters.

"Graduation Category" has the following 9 categories: high school graduation, secondary normal graduation, other secondary vocational schools, vocational high school graduation, technical school graduation, other secondary education graduation, higher vocational (junior) education graduation, undergraduate (inclusive) or above education graduation, and high school graduation the same academic ability. Candidates fill in the truth based on their own situation. In addition, those who graduated from secondary education such as the "five-year system" and other secondary education that are recruited from junior high school graduates are all graduates from other secondary education and register for the college entrance examination in the year they transfer to higher education. The candidate category is classified as fresh graduates. The graduation category of candidates in the junior class must be "Other secondary education graduation".
3, Graduation school. Choose the candidate's graduation school. If you graduate from a school in another province, you can directly fill in "middle school in another province". If you apply for the same academic ability, you can directly fill in "interest academic ability application". Please fill in the actual graduation school in other situations.
4, household registration location. is filled in according to the household registration book and can contain numbers.
5, postal code. Fill in the postal code where the notice is collected, 6 digits.
6. Recipient. Please fill in the name of the person who received the notice, which can be your own name or the name of your parents and family.
7. Examination-oriented foreign language. "Exam-oriented Foreign Language" has the following 7 categories: Exam-oriented Foreign Languages, English, Russian, Japanese,
German, French, Spanish. If the candidate does not need a foreign language for exam, please fill in the "Options for Non-Foreign Languages" directly; if you need a foreign language for exam, select one of the languages above to fill in.
8, postal notice address. Please fill in the address of the recipient's location. The more detailed the better. You can include numbers, but do not exceed the length of 50 Chinese characters. It is recommended to fill in the form of xxxx in xx County, xx City, xx Province.
9. Contact number. "Contact Number" is to facilitate contact with candidates, so it is necessary to ensure that it can be used normally before 10 months in 2022. You can fill in the landline or mobile phone. Landline format: Area Code - Number - Extension (0371 - XXXXXXXXX), you can also fill in the "Mobile phone number".

If you choose a music category, you also need to fill in the main subjects of the music major: vocal music and instrumental music. To select instrumental music, you must also fill in the type of instrument (see Appendix 2).
4. From what year and month. The format of the date is xxxx-xx and cannot be empty.The recent happenings are written at the forefront.
5. When will it last? The first article is 2022-06 and cannot be empty.
6, where and what unit to study or work cannot be empty, , but it cannot exceed 32 Chinese characters.
7, any position . Please fill in the position you once or now, if not, fill in "None". But the maximum length cannot exceed 15 Chinese characters.

9. Relationship. "relationship" has three types of father, mother, and guardian. You need to fill in the information about your father and mother in turn. If both parents or one party has the qualifications or ability to guardian, please do not fill in the guardian. If both parents cannot determine the qualifications or ability to guardian, please fill in the guardian and provide relevant legal proof.

5. Related person’s household registration address: Fill in the related person’s household registration information. If the related person dies or loses contact, it may not be filled in.
6. Work unit. Fill in the name of the work unit of the person who is related to the person, and cannot exceed 16 Chinese characters. If there is no fixed work unit, you can fill in "Flexible Employment" or "XXX Local Farming" and so on. If the related person dies or loses contact, it may not be filled in.

Pay attention to the application category and related requirements
Candidates should pay attention to their registration category when registering and read the relevant requirements carefully. Generally, the registration categories of each province include: general liberal arts, arts, sports, recommended students, counterpart enrollment, etc.
In addition to taking the cultural subject examination, physical education candidates must also take the corresponding physical education subject examination. Candidates who apply for physical education shall be deemed to have completed the physical education examination. Among them, candidates applying for special sports enrollment must also participate in the provincial special sports enrollment special test, fill in the information on the special sports enrollment special test as required, and submit relevant materials (original electronic pictures) in the registration system.
Candidates must confirm their registration category and carefully study the relevant requirements when registering.
Prepare your ID card and other relevant documents and related materials
All candidates who take the college entrance examination must enter their identity information, that is, collect basic personal information of the second-generation resident ID card, that is, before registering, candidates need to prepare the second-generation resident ID card in advance. The resident ID card is an important identity certificate for college entrance examination registration, examination, admission, and university registration.After the candidates use their ID card to confirm their registration, before entering the university to register, remember not to modify the key information of their ID card, such as name, photo, gender, date of birth, ethnic information, etc., to avoid inconsistencies in the information and affecting future examinations, admissions, university registration, etc.
In addition to the resident ID card, some provinces also require household registration books, senior secondary education graduation certificates, equivalent academic qualification certificates and other valid certificates, ideological and political morality assessment and appraisal, etc.
candidates for migrant children, disabled candidates, fresh graduates of ordinary high schools with household registration in other provinces who are studying in other provinces, and candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have been living in the registration province for a long time and are qualified to register must provide corresponding registration materials. Candidates please prepare in advance according to the requirements of this province.
Pay attention to the area and household registration requirements for special enrollment
National special projects, college special projects, and local special plans have requirements for the candidates' areas and household registration, and you need to pay attention when applying. According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and various provinces, candidates who meet the application requirements of national special projects and university special projects must register in the county (city, district) where their household registration is located and go through the qualification application and review procedures before they can be determined; local special projects of each province and rural medical targeting require rural household registration candidates to be eligible for application.
Precautions for careful reading
Henan Province candidates should pay attention that if fresh graduates of secondary vocational schools meet the registration requirements for the general college entrance examination and counterpart enrollment, candidates can only choose one of them to apply and are not allowed to apply at the same time. Those who have dual academic status in general high schools and secondary vocational schools must cancel one of the academic status before they can register.
Sports majors include college physical education, social sports guidance and management, leisure sports and other majors (referred to as "college entrance examination sports"). If candidates apply for sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports majors at the same time (referred to as "sports single recruitment"), as well as high-level sports teams, pay attention to different enrollment policies and different registration methods. Candidates who meet the requirements can apply at the same time.

Different types of candidates register for
According to the requirements, candidates are divided into 8 categories. Different types of candidates have different registration locations and required certification materials. Please remind candidates to pay attention to their category.
(I) The school will organize the registration at the place where the student registration is located. If the school you are studying in is inconsistent with the school where your student is located due to borrowing or other reasons, you must register at the school where your student is located.
Registration procedures: Candidates must provide their ID card and household registration book.
(II) Graduates of previous general high schools and secondary vocational schools with household registration in our province, as well as other social candidates with the same academic qualifications (including retired soldiers, laid-off and unemployed people, migrant workers, high-quality farmers, enterprise employees, grassroots agricultural technicians, village "two committees" cadres, etc.), register at the registration point of the admission examination institution where the household registration is located.
registration procedures: Candidates must provide their ID card, household registration book, and academic qualification certificate (diploma of ordinary high school, secondary vocational school or equivalent academic qualification certificate).
(III) Fresh graduates with household registration in our province (including ordinary secondary technical secondary schools, vocational secondary technical secondary schools, vocational high schools, technical schools, etc.) must register at the school where the student is located or the registration point of the admissions examination institution where the student is located.
