In order to exercise the organizational management capabilities of Young Pioneers, cultivate the sense of democratic participation and glory of Young Pioneers, enhance collective unity and cohesion, and further strengthen the construction of the school's Young Pioneers' organization, Shengtuo Town Experimental Primary School recently held a brigade member election activity in the Young Pioneers Activity Room.
The candidates participating in this election are all outstanding team members in the fourth and fifth grades. In the early stage, the team members stood out after self-declaration, squadron pre-selecting, and recommendation of squadron counselors. They have excellent academic performance, strong discipline, and certain organizational skills. They are willing to serve the team members and teachers, and can play an exemplary role in the squadron. During the speech session, the contestants were energetic, introduced their selection advantages, expressed their views on the work of the brigade headquarters, and talked about their work plans after taking up their posts. The entire election process was orderly and enthusiastic. Finally, the brigade headquarters selected 16 members of the brigade committee, including the brigade leader and deputy brigade leader.
This activity not only demonstrated the positive and courageous spirit of Young Pioneers, but also inspired their determination and courage to be the masters of the school, strengthened the students' sense of responsibility and mission, and laid the foundation for them to better play the role of Young Pioneers as pioneers and models.
