1. Course overview
1. Accounting
You will study core courses including accounting, finance subjects and economics. If you take necessary courses, such as taxation and law, you can also complete the certification requirements of professional accounting groups.
2. Human Resources
First Year: Introductory Courses - Management Personnel - Overview of Human Resources Management.
Year 2 and Year 3: Core courses cover more in-depth human resource management theories and techniques. The second year focused on workplace behavior from an organizational psychology perspective. The third year focuses on more sociological theories . Options include staff development, equality and diversity courses.
Year 4: You will take a series of professional courses in individual or joint honors.
2. Course content
Accounting course follows a set of accounting and financial modules, providing the basis for these subjects, plus economics and business analysis, plus another introductory business module choice. In addition, there are three comprehensive business schools modules: international business, business knowledge and skills, and academic skills.
In the second and third years, you will study accounting and another business subject of your choice. The accounting program will cover financial reporting, management accounting, governance, taxation, auditing and assurance.

3. Course Research Direction
Modern Business Complexity determines that it is impossible to cover by a single topic. Managers need to have a broad vision and mind.
Learn a broad-based first-year course. This course will introduce you to basic accounting and finance concepts, as well as the choice of introductory disciplines in economics and other business.
These modules will be supported with the Business School’s International Business, Business Knowledge and Skills Core Modules (i.e. Management Development Programs), as well as academic skills support. This provides you with the opportunity to try new topics, some of which you haven’t experienced in school or university.
At the beginning of the second year, you choose two subjects to continue studying in the second and third year. If you follow the certified accounting pathway, you also need to learn some modules, as well as further management development modules for the second and third year.
4. Course evaluation
Most courses include final exams, usually at the end of the semester. For courses that fail, students usually only have one chance to reassess, and retests are usually conducted in the summer.
