1. 2. All kinds of uploaded pictures must be positive pictures, and the number of pages is large to create PDF upload.
3. Those who apply for deputy senior or above professional titles and entrusted to review intermediate professional titles must be filled in the column of the appointment letter assessment results, and the appointment letter assessment results are consistent with the performance file assessment results.
4. The "Adjustment Form" is printed by the Henan Provincial Professional Title System, and is printed on both sides of A3 paper (not single-sided printing).
5. All uploaded pictures must be clear, and the other application materials required to upload are consistent with previous years.
