The 20th National Congress of the Party, which attracted worldwide attention and the whole country, was successfully held in Beijing, the capital. Under the high attention and careful arrangement of the leaders of the Education Bureau of Pudong New District, Shanghai and the Education Bureau of Jiangzi County, Tibet, the online training of the Jiangzi Lecture Group of Pudong Education counterparts officially opened on October 17. The 2022 Jiangzi County "Invitation" training and Pudong experts' lectures in Tibet, which was originally scheduled to be held at the end of August, were changed to online training due to the impact of the epidemic in Tibet. According to the training theme and the participation subjects, the training was divided into three training classes: school management, school moral education and professional development. The training lasted for four days, with a total of 587 students participating.
In the school management training class, Pudong New District lectures, education experts and well-known principals, said many times: the principal is the soul and leader of the school, and the role model for all teachers. The principal's ability is the key factor in the rise and fall of the school. Principal Wei Lan of Jianping Middle School was far-sighted and had a lot of witty comments in the whole lecture, explaining the concepts of "writing the 'five-line score' with determination and action" and "making the 'five-line chess' in a systematic way". In the concept of "gentlemen of the times" of Principal Zhu Guohua of Lixi Middle School's "principal of education" and "professional experts", we were deeply inspired and learned the profound truths of how to cultivate the teacher team. Principal Zhao Guodi of Jincai Experimental Primary School, combined with his work experience as principals in ten schools and his practical experience in in-depth education in Jiangzi, talked about the vivid measures of building the teacher team of Jincai Experimental Primary School, explained typical practices of adhering to the concept of "teachers first development", and shared his thinking, exploration and creation in teaching and management positions. At the same time, he also introduced the methods and successful experiences of creating a happy campus that allows children to truly have a happy childhood and allow teachers to work happily, and told them vividly and thoroughly.
Shanghai and Jiangzi are thousands of miles apart, but with the help of the Internet, educators from the two places gathered in the cloud, and the online training atmosphere is warm, and the teachers participating in the training have all expressed that they have benefited a lot. This training greatly inspired the principals, secretary and kindergarten principals of Jiangzi County to think about how to lead the professional development of teachers, how to plan school development, and how to practice school management work such as school refinement management.
