On the morning of October 19, the school in Chengdong Management District, Yangxin County held a 2022 autumn safety epidemic prevention work promotion meeting in the central school conference room. The leaders in charge of each primary and secondary school, kindergarten principals and all members of the central school attended the meeting, which was chaired by Comrade Wang Anfu. At the meeting, Comrade Luo Fen and Comrade Li Yuanqiang reported on the inspection of safety epidemic prevention and canteen management work respectively. They fully affirmed the achievements made by each unit, pointed out the shortcomings in a blunt manner, put forward targeted rectification opinions, and deployed and arranged later work.
Comrade Luo Fen announced the inspection and rectification of each primary and secondary school and kindergarten item by item in accordance with the "Chengdong School Safety Management Inspection Form" (Eighteen items) issued by the central school.
She emphasized: All units should provide sufficient security personnel, strengthen business training, and strictly control personnel entry and exit; prepare sufficient epidemic prevention materials, implement special personnel management, and register in and out of the warehouse; check fire equipment, check safety passages, check prohibited items, check campus and surrounding safety hazards, carry out emergency evacuation drills to prevent problems before they happen.
Then, two responsible comrades Wu Fengnan of Yingcai School and Wang Xianming of Baiyang Primary School introduced their basic practices and successful experiences from the aspects of implementing safety responsibilities at all levels, establishing a five-member management mechanism, advocating students' self-management, doing a good job in surveying and caring for special objects, regularly conducting inspections, assessments and supervision, and obtaining the understanding and support of students' parents, and discussed ideas and measures on how to promote this work.
Central School Principal Ke Zunzhong attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He said that all responsible persons and all faculty and staff have worked hard, introduced new measures and achieved new results, and expressed their high respect here. In the future, everyone should further improve their awareness, be familiar with business, and strengthen their responsibilities; strengthen leadership, establish rules and regulations, and regularly supervise them, so as to truly implement the safety management system, implementation plans and assessment methods.
