1. Strictly abide by epidemic prevention requirements

1. Please pay close attention to the daily domestic epidemic trends, and pay attention to the prompt information released by the "Shanxi Admissions Examination Network" (www.sxkszx.cn) and the "Xinzhou Municipal Education Bureau Official Website" (https://jyj.sxxz.gov.cn), accurately understand the relevant policy information, and prepare for the exam. In view of the current epidemic situation, candidates stranded in other provinces and cities should return to Xin 14 days before the exam to prepare for the exam. Please do not participate in gathering activities and do a good job in self-health management. If the exam is not possible due to failure to comply with the city's epidemic prevention and control requirements, the candidates shall bear the responsibility.

2. 14 days before the exam (October 22-November 4, 2022), candidates must conduct self-health monitoring, truthfully and accurately fill out the "Shanxi Province 2022 Adult College Entrance Examination Candidates' Health Status Monitoring Registration Form" (see attachment) and sign and promise that it will be handed over to the invigilator when entering the first exam on November 5.

Candidates are advised to follow official websites or WeChat public accounts such as "Xinzhou Disease Control News" and "Healthy Xinzhou Official WeChat", and closely follow the relevant dynamic information released by the Office of the Xinzhou Municipal COVID-19 Prevention and Control Leading Group, know and strictly abide by the relevant epidemic prevention regulations of our city in advance, and prepare for the exam in advance to avoid delaying the exam.

4. After candidates enter the test site, must wear a mask throughout the whole process and actively cooperate with the temperature test, present their second-generation resident ID card, admission ticket, health code , communication big data itinerary card, and a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours (based on the test time) and the "Shanxi Province 2022 Adult College Entrance Examination Candidates' Health Status Monitoring Registration Form". 2. Make overall preparations before the exam

(IV) Please bring your own envelopes. After entering the examination room, you can load your mobile phone and other communication device into the envelope, indicate your name, examination room number and admission ticket number, and submit it to the examination center for unified storage. You can only retrieve it after the exam is over. Anyone who brings mobile phones and other communication equipment to the special session will be treated as cheating regardless of whether they are used or not. The score of this exam will be marked as "0".
