At the ceremony, Director Zeng Lichun first introduced the relevant work of the Second Clinical School of Nanchang University’s “Visiting Enterprises for Job Development” and the relevant situation of the school’s graduates. Subsequently, the leaders of the six hospitals gave a comprehensive introduction to the basic situation of their respective hospitals, various recruitment requirements, and the status of graduates hired in previous years. Then, Director Zeng Lichun and the leaders of each hospital signed employment base agreements one by one in the presence of personnel from both units.
After the signing ceremony, the student representatives further communicated face-to-face with the hospital leaders and personnel of each hospital on the issues they were concerned about. Six student representatives on site reached preliminary employment intentions with the participating hospitals.
