October 16th is the 42nd World Food Day . As a member of society, we should all consciously shoulder the social responsibility of "practice of thrift and oppose waste" and carry forward the fine tradition of thrift and frugality of the Chinese nation.
On the occasion of the 42nd "World Food Day", in order to enable young children to establish the awareness of cherishing food and saving food from an early age, our kindergarten took this as an educational opportunity to carry out the "Love Grain and Save Grain" theme education activity. Through WeChat groups, the initiative letter of "Love Grain and Save Grain, Start with Me" is pushed, and LED publicity and advocate that children, parents, teachers and staff cherish and save food, improve everyone's awareness of saving grain, and create a good public opinion atmosphere.
Children from each class have taken action, and some have made "Love Grain and Save Grain" publicity posters; some have watched the growth process of crops such as wheat and rice, and explored the methods of loving grain and saving grain; some have gone to the small vegetable garden to experience the hard-earned vegetables and feel the hard-earned food; in the end, the children have all made the "Clip" action, striving to be good babies who save grain and love grain.
"A porridge and rice should think that it is hard to come by; half a thread, always think about the difficulty of material resources." Let us take positive action, work together, start with me, cherish food, eliminate waste, ensure safety on the tip of our tongue, and strive to advocate and lead the new trend of loving and saving food society!
