In order to welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, stimulate the reading interest of young people and children, improve their reading literacy and reading ability, vigorously create a strong social atmosphere for national reading, and help the revitalization of Bingshan, on the morning of October 5, the "Welcome the Twenty National Congress and One Hour Reading" parent-child reading activity hosted by the Municipal Culture, Tourism and Radio and Television Bureau and hosted by the Municipal Public Cultural Tourism Service Center and the Municipal Library was held in Wushu Street Revitalization Community.
This activity attracted 12 parent-child families to participate. Under the guidance of parents and library staff, the children selected their favorite books and read them together with their parents. This not only increased their knowledge, but also broadened their horizons, and experienced the different reading environment and atmosphere of reading at home. During the reading exchange session, the children share their own gains. Accompanied by family affection, the entire parent-child reading activity is full of laughter and joy. While reading, children enjoy the joy of growth and create a fragrance of books that society reads together. After the event, the "Reading Star", "Star of Wisdom" and "Creative Star" will be selected and certificates will be issued.
Through this activity, more parents can clearly realize the importance of parent-child reading and accompanying their children's growth, improve their reading ability, fall in love with reading, and make reading a lifelong habit for children and nourish their hearts and life.
