Puerperal mat: essential, at least 5 pieces

Anti-galactorrhea pad: It varies from person to person and may not be useful in the hospital. You can prepare a little 10-20 pieces

Disposable underwear: essential, at least 5 pairs

Useless: confinement toothpaste + confinement toothbrush, maternity special toilet paper + wet wipes, pants-type sanitary pad, disposable toilet pad

The second is the so-called confinement toothbrush, which is similar to what we usually use, or the bristles are softer. The confinement toothpaste is even more unnecessary. If you really don’t want to brush your teeth during confinement, you can also buy the confinement toothbrush prepared by the confinement center, and brush directly without dipping it. The experience is good.
As for the special toilet paper and wet wipes for pregnant women, just use them as ordinary toilet paper and wet wipes. Unless there is a delivery package, there is no need to buy them.
There are other baby products in the delivery package bought by the mother That’s all for adults. If you don’t want to buy a delivery package directly, just buy knife paper, sanitary napkins, puerperium pads, anti-galactorrhea pads, and disposable underwear. The bath towels are of good quality, soft and quick-drying, and are very suitable for rubbing or wrapping the baby. The small handkerchief is more practical, and it is easy to use for washing your baby's face and PP bath.
Care: one pack of diapers, one pack of wet wipes, one pack of tissues.
Whether you use diapers or diapers, you have to prepare them when you are in the hospital (it is recommended to use diapers, mothers and babies can relax). I always thought that the baby would be very big, so I didn’t buy any NB diapers. I used a few numbers to apply for the trial size on the official account of Pampers (one number has 8 pieces), and those who are interested can also It is convenient to take a small packet to the hospital if you apply for it. In addition, the baby's umbilical care stickers and cotton swabs are also included in the delivery package, because the umbilical cord care is also done directly after the bath, so they are useless.
