vegetable beans, also known as green beans , noodles, lentils , beans, kalk beans , etc. After October of each year, our city will enter the high incidence of bean poisoning. I would like to remind everyone: process beans must be "heated thoroughly, cooked thoroughly."
Crab beans contain saponin , erythrocytocrine and other natural phytotoxins. During the cooking process of beans, the beans are poisoned due to uneven heat or not being thoroughly cooked. Saponins are strongly irritating to the gastric mucosa, while erythrocytocrine can destroy the human body's red blood cells and , reduce the oxygen-carrying ability of red blood cells, and agglutinate the red blood cells, causing poisoning. Patients generally develop nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, etc. about 2 to 4 hours after eating beans. In most cases, the symptoms of cabbage poisoning are mild and patients can recover quickly. Affected by individual immunity, consumption, etc., cabbage poisoning may also cause serious symptoms, such as salivation, sweating, pupil shrinkage, blood pressure drop, trance until coma, etc., and medical treatment is required in time.
