Gong Siwen, chief physician of the Department of Neurology, has always maintained his passion for work, career enthusiasm and deep feelings for his fellow Tibetans, and contributed to the development of the medical and health care industry in Gongga County. In 2019, we assisted Gongga County People's Hospital to become a "second-grade" project, formulated and improved more than 30 relevant systems and processes, and focused on management and medical safety work, while strengthening three-basis training, guiding and assisting internal medicine in carrying out new technologies and new projects; we will help strengthen hematopoiesis and cultivate business backbones for the local area; conscientiously implement the three-level round warding system and the business director round warding system, conducting weekly departmental briefings, and conducting regular business knowledge training throughout the hospital. Actively promote county-level medical reform, promote the extension of medical and health services to the grassroots level, carry out more than 10 free medical consultations in the countryside, and participate in the public health examinations, new crown vaccine knowledge publicity and vaccination work throughout the process.
