In order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches at the Academician Conference of the two academies and the 10th National Congress of the China Association for Science and Technology, and actively build a scientific and technological talent evaluation system oriented by innovative value, ability and contribution, China Science and Technology With the goal of promoting the reform of the evaluation of health professional and technical personnel, the association has developed and constructed the China Clinical Case Results Database (official website cmcr.yiigle.com) relying on the Chinese Medical Association to provide online submission, peer review, and online publishing. Free publication and open access service of clinical case reports to promote the evaluation and application of case results.
The outstanding clinical case results collection and selection activity carried out in 2021 collected 6,082 case reports in just over a month, involving a total of 14 major clinical categories and 30 specialties. In the end, 4,130 cases were included in the selection. 300 excellent cases were published, and the Excellent Case Certificate was issued by the China Association for Science and Technology.
According to the requirements of the China Association for Science and Technology and the Chinese Medical Association, we are now organizing the 2022 China Clinical Case Results Database to collect and select outstanding clinical case results activities.

2. Solicitation requirements
. The author should be responsible for the authenticity and scientific nature of the article. The case needs to have a clear diagnosis, complete auxiliary examinations, standardized treatment, and follow-up results. 2． Case reports should be submitted in word document format, preferably within 4,000 words, and must be accompanied by a Chinese abstract of about 300 words (the abstract includes 5 elements, namely summary of medical history, symptoms and signs, diagnostic methods, treatment methods, and clinical outcomes). In order to ensure that the case is submitted for review and put online as soon as possible, the author is requested to write strictly in accordance with the template format.
3． The medical history and auxiliary examination should be described in detail, the diagnosis should be clear, the differential diagnosis analysis should be comprehensive, concise and comprehensive, and the logic should be clear. The summary, thinking or new understanding of the disease should be explained in the discussion.
4. The case report can provide relevant videos, and the sound and image of the video must be clear, the patient's face must be covered, and the patient's privacy must be protected. The length of the video should be controlled within 3 minutes and submitted as a video file.
5． Various professional branches of the Chinese Medical Association will also organize manuscripts at the same time, and authors are not allowed to submit duplicate manuscripts.
3. Collection content

Case reports from clinical departments on rare and rare diseases, difficult diseases, or common diseases that are diagnosed and treated according to guidelines and consensus and have good clinical reference significance, which can fully reflect the academic level, clinical guidance value and clinicians performance contribution, etc. 2. 4. Submission method
Log in to the Chinese Clinical Case Results Database (cmcr.yiigle.com), click "I want to submit" in the upper right corner, log in to the submission system to register as an author, after successful registration, search for "Apply to become a journal author" China Clinical Case Results Database", you can submit it after adding it. If you are already an author of the Chinese Medical Association Journal remote submission system, you can log in directly, choose to become an author of the case library, and then submit.

5. Evaluation and Commendation
Articles that have passed peer review will be publicly displayed on the case library platform in an open access manner (CC-BY-NC-ND agreement). After the case library is released, the author will be allowed to publish it again in other media. The China Association for Science and Technology will select 500 outstanding case reports from all articles published that year to promote and commend them. There is no fee for this event.
