In the new day after every sufficient sleep, the psychological energy is so limited. How can you spend a lot of money on useless things before the day starts?
1. Put the most important things first.
Psychological energy is limited. People generally have better self-control in the early morning than in the afternoon, and their self-control in the afternoon is better than in the evening. So, it is best for us to put the most important things in the first place to do it, and that is the best time of self-discipline in the day.

2. The more specific the goal, the easier it is to control yourself

Don’t list the plan like this: study for one day tomorrow, and study for two days on weekends.

Every time you touch your phone, it will be easier next time you touch your phone; every time you successfully resist the temptation of your phone, it will be easier next time.
When you are focused on doing things, keep your phone away from your sight and record it on the post-it notes next to it when you encounter matters that you want to use your phone.

4. Ensure high-quality sleep
Our psychological energy depends on sleep charging. Only in deep sleep can we relieve fatigue, strengthen metabolism , and obtain energy accumulation.
Because of individual differences, it is more useful to learn from others.
After you have a good sleep, your mind will be clear, your fatigue will be zero, your energy will be abundant, your thinking will be faster, your attention and memory will be improved, and your psychological energy will be full. You can definitely feel it.
Think carefully about how you get a sleep like that and turn it into a sleep habit.

5. Don’t learn
Each of us can’t escape the impact of the people around us on us, and this impact is often unconscious.
