As a psychological counselor practitioner, I feel a great responsibility, and combined with the large number of cases I have done, I personally think the root cause lies in the loss of love: I have never been loved, so I can't love it.
Because of the loss of love:
1. Parents do not know how to love their children, so they do not know how to accompany their children. So parents are nominally accompanying their children, but in fact they are like nannys watching their children: parents are looking at their phones, busy with work, chat, and children play with their own.
2. Friends don’t know how to love, get along with each other, and accompany each other. So more and more two people in marriages are just strangers and even enemies sleeping in the same bed. My husband plays games by himself, eats, drinks and has fun with his friends, and always works overtime when he works. His wife takes care of her children by herself, watches TV, and buys.
... There are many other phenomena and problems. This not only adults and parents, but also minors and children are anxious, empty and helpless, and eventually present various psychological problems, which are serious, such as psychological illness, even self-harm and suicide.
Then why is love lost? Because parents have never been loved or accompanied when they were children, and they do not know the feeling of being loved or accompanied, and of course they do not know how to love, accompany their children and partners. If you do not grow, heal and continue love, then parents' children will not love and accompany you in the future, and will continue to have parent-child problems and intimate relationship problems, which is a vicious cycle.
Then explore from the background of major historical development: our nation has experienced the Cultural Revolution, three years of natural disasters, the War of Liberation, the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and other wars of foreign aggression in the past 150 years, causing serious trauma and harm to people's psychology. These psychological harms need to be digested naturally by many generations (unless accelerated through psychological massage, practice and other means). This has caused our ancestors to have no love and do not know how to love, so they did not continue their love. Therefore, many modern people have not been able to learn how to love or know how to love, so they have various psychological problems, including emotional irritability, high stress, depression, anxiety, unhappy marriage, poor parent-child relationships, interpersonal conflicts, various situations in children, etc. When people are lacking in material things and livelihood, they don’t care about their psychology. At the same time, over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, material resources have gone from extreme scarcity to great enrichment, and people's desires have been suddenly infinitely amplified, which has also caused a great impact on people's psychology. Therefore, there are many people with psychological problems now, such as rich and poor, less successful careers, famous and unknown, executives and ordinary employees, children, adults, and the elderly: children are disgusted with school, and even self-harm and commit suicide; adults are anxious, irritable, empty, and unhappy in their marriage; elderly people are lonely, empty and other misfortunes, confusions, and troubles.
In fact, it is not the party’s fault that has these problems, nor is it the party’s fault! If I experience what I have experienced, I will be the same as him! The root cause is a major historical event or special event experienced during growth.
So there is a saying: Nobles need at least three generations to be cultivated! It is very important that three generations of natural trauma need to be digested naturally, unless it is artificially accelerated through psychological massage.
