At this time, you must consciously adjust your expectations, rather than rushing to change the reality and refuse to use all kinds of high expectations to demand yourself. Give up fantasy not to say that there is no goal, but to pay more attention to life every day and establish a suitable lifestyle, instead of fantasizing about tomorrow too much.

Reduce the use of social software
Recently I heard two very interesting words: "Internet neighbor" and "daily-selling netizens". The social platform has expanded our circle of friends and is easy to recognize friends with common hobbies. But at the same time, the Internet is full of boring and low-quality information, which requires us to have the ability to screen information, establish an information isolation system, and protect our attention.
According to research, the more frequent we use social software, the more likely we are to be anxious. The lowest cost way to reduce anxiety is to reduce the use of social software.
I found that there are too many people on Xiaohongshu who have been promising for many years. Many post-00s have better families than me and can make money better than me. I feel that I have too many shortcomings in ability, so I feel anxious.
Now I reorganize the desktop and put these commonly used software on the last page to reduce the frequency of use. In the lukewarm weather, take more walks, eat carefully, study hard, and spend time and energy on all good things.

When you first start writing, you must accept the fact that you "written badly", allow yourself to be very poor at the moment, and then write more and practice more, and slowly pass the introductory period.

Many times, the reason for our anxiety and procrastination is that we are afraid of failure, worrying about screwing up things, making others disappointed in ourselves, and thus fearing.
