Subsequently, his brother added the QQ of the customer service, and the customer service sent a "Document of the General Office of the China Banking Regulatory Commission" saying that he was suspected of defrauding loans and needed to submit a 50% loan amount, that is, a 5,000 yuan certification thawing fee to thaw the loan amount.
