Although there are very few records left, it can still be found that Gu Changnian, a famous private school professor in Jinzhou area in the late Qing Dynasty, was from Tuchengzi, Dengsha, Hebei.
Gu Changnian, whose courtesy name is Shoutang, was the tribute student in the late Qing Dynasty, and was also called "Fu Gong".

Therefore, by March 15, 1948, another junior high school founded in Dengshahe ranked third, namely No. 3 Middle School.
At that time, three middle schools in Jinxian County had a total of 24 classes, 1,007 students and 41 teachers.
Jinxian No. 3 Middle School recruited 133 students at the beginning of its establishment, including 39 students transferred from Jinxian No. 1 Middle School, with a total of 3 classes. The first principal was Zhang Xin and the director of the teaching, Yu Yoiche, and the campus was located in the backyard of the old cultural center of Dengshahe.
1948, Jinxian No. 3 Middle School developed the first batch of student party members: Fan Yongchang, Zhang Fusheng, Li Lian brother, and Guan Zhengshi. Fan Yongchang was the later deputy mayor of Dalian City and one of the founders of Dalian Development Zone. His story will be explained in detail later.
949, the Dengshahe District Government Courtyard was converted into a classroom of Jinxian No. 3 Middle School.

On the early autumn of 1984, Yu Zhenyang went to the Dalian Municipal Party Committee to visit a friend. While having dinner in the canteen of the municipal party committee at noon, he accidentally met the former old leader Fan Yongchang, a fellow villager in Dengshahe.
Fan Yongchang's hometown is Dafanjiatun, Fanjia Village, Dengshahe. In the early 1980s, Fan Yongchang was the deputy mayor of Dalian City in charge of culture and education, and is more familiar with the old principal of Jinzhou Key Middle School.
Fan Yongchang was the director of the Municipal Construction Committee and the general manager of the Dalian Development Zone Development Company, and was responsible for the infrastructure construction of the development zone.
He greeted and said, "Old Yu, what are you doing now?" Yu Zhenyang replied truthfully, "I have retired, I am working at home." Fan Yongchang said, "Then come to the development zone, we need people here."

Fan Yongchang neither consulted Yu Zhenyang in advance, nor did he obtain his consent at this time, and the matter was settled simply.

When the district was established, everything was about to be developed. Why should we hurry to build a vocational technical secondary school first?
The old developers are considering the future and development of the development zone. The development zone is built, what should the children here do in the future? What should we do if foreign-funded enterprises come in and need new workers? These things must be done more.
After Fan Yongchang made arrangements, Yu Huaijiang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Kaijian Company, made some specific explanations with Yu Zhenyang, and the matter was settled.
Yu Zhenyang happily accepted the order, as if there were no two trucks at home that made a lot of money. He started to be busy preparing for the construction of the school and ran the school. He lived in the development zone for half a month. During this period, he only sent a message to his family, saying that he was in the development zone and that his children had their families handled the affairs. When he got home, he said to his family, "The development zone lacks education. I have been working there for half a month. I can only stay at home for two days. I have processed the two trucks and then go back."
"I just bought a car, and I have endless goods and endless money to earn. What should I do to sell it?"
