Healthy growth of minors is related to the future of the country and the hope of the nation. As an educator, I am very concerned about the growth of minors. Starting from June 1, 2021, the newly revised Minor Protection Law and of the Minors Prevention of Crimes will be officially implemented. The revised "two laws" have built six major protection systems: "family, school, society, network, government, and justice". I am very pleased that the whole society has formed an atmosphere of working together to care for the healthy growth of minors!
As a representative of the National People's Congress, I have participated in procuratorial work research, procuratorial open days and other activities many times in recent years, and deeply feel the responsibility and action of the procuratorial organs in serving the overall situation. In August, in a minor crime case handled by the Changyang County Procuratorate of Hubei Province, Xiaohua (pseudonym) did not receive timely and effective protection and care after being bullied, and met bad social personnel and embarked on the road of crime.While reviewing criminal cases, the prosecutor in charge of the case has regained confidence in life and respected the law through social investigation and evaluation, family education guidance, psychological assessment and guidance, and social labor.
