Through legal and policy propaganda, ideological education and other work, the suspects, including Chen Moucheng, expressed their willingness to cooperate with the police investigation and proactively confessed that the "Wansheng Group" was located near the "Golden Niu Lake" in Mengbo, Myanmar. In the early stage, the company mainly committed fraud against domestic personnel through online gambling "pig killing discs", and later turned to online nude chat extortion. Chen Moucheng is mainly responsible for the technical work of online nude chat in the company, and contacting domestic and foreign code dealers to launder money for the gang.
