nude chat temptation
A "romance" was extorted 120,000
On the evening of December 18, 2019, Xiao Luo, a young man from Pinggui in Hezhou, was bored and lonely, wanted to find some excitement after getting off work. As usual, he was lying on the sofa in the staff dormitory and brushing various dating software. As he brushed, a dating software of automatically matched Ronaldo with a chat object nicknamed "Little Lucky", and sent him some pictures of beautiful women and some seductive and provocative language. Unable to resist the temptation, Ronaldo began to chat with the other party online, and later became nude.
After Luo showed his facial features while chatting naked, the other party quickly hung up the video and sent him a link to the software called "Little Sister Next Door", saying that he was invited to enter the live broadcast room to watch the live broadcast. After that, Ronaldo's nightmare began. After downloading and installing the software as required by the other party, Ronaldo entered the invitation code given by the other party. A few minutes later, Ronaldo didn't wait for the surprise, but received a video and a list of mobile phone address books sent by the other party. After opening the video, Luo instantly felt that the five thunderstorm was thundering: it was the video he had just chatted nakedly, and the address list was also his mobile address book.
At this moment, Luo Luo's phone rang, and The other party claimed that they had taken screenshots of Luo Luo's nude chat video, recorded the video, and grasped his mobile phone address directory list, asking Luo Luo to pay 1,000 yuan to delete the video. If Ronaldo doesn't transfer money, they will send pictures and videos to his family, leaders and friends. Because he was afraid that the indecent video would be exposed, Ronaldo chose to compromise and paid 1,000 yuan through the QR code sent by the other party.
I thought this matter would end, but the other party did not stop, but kept intimidating him and asked him to continue transferring money in various ways. It was not until Luo Luo spent all his savings and overdrawed his credit card that the other party gave up. In the end, Luo Luo transferred a total of more than 120,000 yuan to the people involved in the case in 9 times.
Afterwards, Xiao Luo, who had a reply, came to the Pinggui Branch of Hezhou Public Security Bureau to report the case. Subsequently, the bureau received reports from Xiao Li and Xiao Liu, and the two were extorted by others by the same method of committing crimes. Three consecutive cases of criminal acts in the jurisdiction of , with exactly the same means of crime, which attracted the high attention of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Bureau.
Follow-up
A public account leads to a criminal group
After the police investigated the above three cases, they soon discovered the key point of solving the case, that is, multiple collection accounts appeared in each case. Although the collection code is not exactly the same, , the same account appeared in all three cases - the corporate account of a weaving company in Nan'an City, Fujian Province.
Through analysis and judgment, the police found that in recent months, there were as many as hundreds of funds from different transaction objects transferred in the above collection account. After that, these funds were transferred out again and flowed to several accounts, with accounts controlled overseas. This made the police officers in charge of the case basically confirm that the three cases were caused by the same group of criminals, and it is very likely to be a criminal gang involving a clear division of labor and a complex hierarchy structure abroad.
Soon, investigative agency locked the actual controller of a weaving company's public account, Hong Mou, wanted to and Chen Moucheng, who had frequently contacted him, but at this time, traces of Chen Moucheng's activities could not be found in China. Until early May 2020, the police learned that more than 10 people including Chen Moucheng were administratively punished by for stolen from the national (border) border at a port in Yunnan Province. After the arrest of the investigation agency arrested 11 criminal suspects including Chen Moucheng, Hong Mouyao, Chen Mouling, Yu Mouwen from May 18 to 27 of the same year.
After interrogation, a company called "Wansheng Group" surfaced. Among the 11 suspects, except for Hong, who had to wait for three in China, the rest of the people followed Chen Moucheng to smuggle from Myanmar. Previously, they all smuggled from Yunnan Province to Mengbo, Myanmar and worked in the "Wansheng Group". The police found that "Wansheng Group" mainly committed crimes such as fraud and extortion through online gambling and online nude chat.
Since the case involves overseas and the case is serious and complicated, the investigative agency invited the Pinggui District Procuratorate of Hezhou City to intervene in the case in advance to guide the investigation.
prose and police cooperation
decipher and police gang behind nude chat
Prosecutor and police held a joint meeting of discussing gangs involving gangs
After intervening in the case in advance, the prosecutor in charge learned about the case by reviewing evidence materials and holding a joint meeting of prosecutors and police. After consultation with the investigative agency, the prosecutor of believes that the case is likely to be a cross-border online gang-related case using online nude chat as a criminal means.
Through analysis, the procuratorate believes that the breakthrough point in this case lies in Chen Moucheng. Why did Chen Moucheng suddenly leave the "Wansheng Group"? Why did Yu Mouwen and more than 10 people return to China with Chen Moucheng? What is Chen Moucheng's position in the group? What happened in the middle? ...The prosecutor in charge suggested that the investigative agency conduct investigations and evidence collection around Chen Moucheng.
Through legal and policy propaganda, ideological education and other work, the suspects, including Chen Moucheng, expressed their willingness to cooperate with the police investigation and proactively confessed that the "Wansheng Group" was located near the "Golden Niu Lake" in Mengbo, Myanmar. In the early stage, the company mainly committed fraud against domestic personnel through online gambling "pig killing discs", and later turned to online nude chat extortion. Chen Moucheng is mainly responsible for the technical work of online nude chat in the company, and contacting domestic and foreign code dealers to launder money for the gang. The reason why Chen Moucheng left the company was because during the money laundering process, the boss Chen Mouzhong suspected that Chen Moucheng and Hong were going to embezzle the money and put him under house arrest. During this period, Chen Moucheng learned from fellow villager Chu Mou that Chen Mouzhong might kill him. Therefore, with the assistance of an acquaintance in the company, he led more than 20 people who were willing to follow him to flee from the "Wansheng Group" and smuggle back to China.
At this time, the outline of a transnational criminal group that committed blackmail crimes through online nude chat is gradually becoming clear. So, whether it is a criminal gang involving criminal forces has become the key to case investigation. Since then, the procuratorate and police have consulted many times, and the procuratorate has put forward more than 70 additional investigative opinions, mainly focusing on the organizational structure of the group, the specific criminal acts implemented, the economic benefits obtained through illegal crimes, and the impact of the group's criminal acts on society, the lives and work of the victims.
task force fixed electronic evidence
Under the guidance of the procuratorate, the investigative agency comprehensively collected evidence and gradually clarified the basic outline of the "Wansheng Group": Since July 2019, Chen Mouzhong, Chu Mou and "A Long" (identity information unknown) have established dens in Mengbo, Myanmar to commit crimes such as fraud and extortion, and recruited personnel from China to Myanmar through high-paying temptation and introduction of acquaintances. A gang was gradually formed with Chen Mouzhong and others as the backbone members, and Xie Mou, Tu Mouhong and others as active participants. The gang has a maximum of hundreds of members, and the personnel are basically fixed. They are divided into hierarchical institutions of bosses, senior agents, agents (group leaders), and salesmen. Among them, salesmen are divided into "fan attracting groups", "nude chat groups", "technical groups", and "money laundering groups". Each group is led by the group leader, with senior agents leading multiple groups.
The gang also has a "security team" and hired local armed organizations in Myanmar to patrol the company. On the one hand, it avoids interference from other local forces; on the other hand, it also restricts the free entry and exit of the underlying salespersons. In order to seize illegal benefits, the gang targeted unspecified personnel on multiple social platforms. has long implemented online nude chat extortion and "pig killing" fraud. Offline, using telephone calls to nudge the victim's family and relatives and friends to demand money from the victims totaling more than 5 million yuan. There are as many as 717 victims, including minors and college students, distributed in 27 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country.
At the same time, the police also found out the group's behavior of organizing others to sneak across the country (border) border, money laundering after obtaining the victim's money, and illegal detention of some bottom-level salesmen such as electric shock, beating, sitting in water prison , and some bosses and senior agents rape female salesmen in the group.
At this point, the true face of "Wansheng Group" has finally been revealed, in line with the relevant regulations on organized crimes of gangs of nature. Naked chat temptation is one of its criminal means.
The police's pursuit has also made progress. On July 24, 2020, the boss Chen Mouzhong was arrested and brought to justice. Chen Mouzhong's arrest made up for the lack of being arrested by the boss at the level, and he also confessed to all the facts of the case.
On August 31, 2020, the Pinggui District Procuratorate filed a public prosecution to the court for 8 charges including Chen Mouzhong and Chen Moucheng for organizing, leading and participating in a gang-like organization, extortion, fraud, illegal detention, and money laundering. After the first and second instances of trial, the court adopted the procuratorate's accusation and determined that this case was a organized crime of a gang. Chen Mouzhong, the main culprit in the gang, was punished by the court for several crimes and decided to be sentenced to 25 years in prison. The remaining 11 defendants were also sentenced to 12 years to one year and six months in prison respectively. Since then, the missed offenders who were hunted down were also sentenced to corresponding punishments.
