There is a famous dietary saying "Eat three roots in winter and gain a firm foothold." Eat roots in winter, such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, radish and other root vegetables. One hundred grams of root vegetables can provide 79-100 kcal of calories, helping people increase their ability to keep warm. As winter just began, has "internal heat" in the body. Eating root vegetables can "clear internal heat" . The following three root vegetables are recommended for middle-aged and elderly people to eat more to clear internal heat, keep your hands and feet cold, and prevent old and cold legs.
1. Sweet potato

2. Potatoes

3. Carrot
