Fermented wine can also be called brewed wine , also known as original wine , it is an alcohol-containing beverage produced by adding yeast to a liquid containing sugar for fermentation. The production process includes saccharification, fermentation, filtration, sterilization, etc. The main brewing raw materials for fermented wine
are grains and fruits. Its characteristics are low alcohol content, generally below 20°, and have weak irritation, which is a low-alcohol wine. Its main varieties are:

Pre-meal wine is also called aperitif wine. The varieties generally include:

.Disposable wine (Table Wine)
Disposable wine usually refers to wine. In Western-style meals, only wine can be used as wine for meals.
. Dessert Wine (Dessert Wine)
