It is famous both inside and outside Xinjiang for its “white, thin, light, soft, chewy and fragrant” texture. Nowadays, there are more than a dozen individual operators of Liuliu Tuan Liangpi, each of which has its own customer base and its own brand with its unique flavor. Among them, the most famous is "Diaozhu" Liangpi.
