This skill competition has received strong support from residents and employees of major catering companies. A total of 47 contestants have signed up for the competition. The competition is a single-player competition system. The preliminary competition adopts an online form. The contestants provide practical cooking videos, personal resumes, and photo of the dish order to evaluate the results. The final competition adopts the project roadshow and dish order display competition. The referee group of the

preliminary competition is composed of three teachers, senior Chinese cooker technicians. The expert judges comprehensively scored the contestants' works from multiple dimensions such as visual sense, texture, nutrition and hygiene, regional characteristics and cultural connotation. After fierce competition, 16 contestants were shortlisted for the finals. On November 8, the shortlisted contestants will hold their final fierce competition at Huaqiang Technology Ecological Park.
