Li Zheng put forward three ideas and exchanged ideas with the entrepreneurs here. First, give full play to our advantages and add new achievements in business investment. As direct participants in market economy , the operating enterprises of each park are often more sensitive than the government in terms of resource connections, information grasp and development direction. I hope that everyone can give full play to their own advantages, focus on the leading industries in our district, and continue to vigorously carry out investment promotion work, and attract more high-quality enterprises to settle in Luquan . The second is to focus on shortcomings and weaknesses and make new breakthroughs in improving energy levels. Our district will continue to plan special actions to improve the park, further improve public facilities such as commercial complexes, housing, education, medical care, transportation, etc., enhance the park's service functions, make up for the shortcomings in the living needs of corporate employees, and strive to create a good production and living environment for everyone. It is hoped that all parks will play a good role as bridge and link based on the needs of market and enterprises, provide more thoughtful and complete technical, talent, property, finance and legal services to enterprises in the park, explore and implement a benefit evaluation system for industrial enterprises, encourage and guide existing enterprises to increase investment in "zero land increase" technical transformation, use existing land and factories or make room for technological transformation by eliminating backward production capacity, and promote enterprises in the park to achieve "fission-like" growth.
