A friend asked me, "Is a bear market now? When will the bull market come back?" I asked him, "What are you asking?" He said, "When will the bull market get out of the trap." I smiled, "I told you in July that the market will likely turn to a decline, so you don't believe it."
He smiled bitterly and said, "At that time, everyone said that the bull market was coming, and I was afraid that you would make a wrong judgment." It's OK, it's a good thing to have your own opinion, but don't be too paranoid.
"Do you think the bull market is coming, can you get out of the trap? How much did you make in the big bull market in 2015?" I took a sip of tea and looked at him. He smiled bitterly: "At that time, the bull market started to make a lot of money, but after seeing the profits so quickly, I was rushing. In the end, I didn't escape the stock market crash. I lost a lot of capital after the profits."
I smiled: "How much did you lose in the bear market in the next few years?" He thought for a while and said: "A few thousand yuan, the market is not fun, and the loss is less."
I laughed: "You lose big money in the bull market, and you lose small money in the bear market, so you still expect the bull market to help you get rid of the trap." He looked confused after hearing this, a little confused. How many people in this market are the same as my friend. The position that was trapped in the bull market also wants to wait for the next bull market to get out of the trap. When the bull market really comes, they may be too happy again, forget to understand the trap and just want to make more profits.
Many people are like this. They lose big money in bull markets and lose small money in bear markets. The final reasons are two. One is that I have a bad mentality. I keep rising and rising when the bull market is rising, and my positions are getting bigger and bigger. Finally, I increase my position to the top and become a heavy position or even full position, but I don’t know how to reduce it. Another is that you cannot effectively judge the market conditions, just blindly look at it, and the final result is to make a profit when it rises and lose when it falls.
I read a passage written by a friend before. He said that no matter whether there is a bull market or a bear market in the stock market, he does not think of any difference between bull market and bear market. As long as the trend is upward, he will chase it, and when the trend is downward, he will clear his position. This makes sense, but the key to the problem is to be able to correctly judge the trend direction.
To put it bluntly, whether it is a bull market or a bear market, there are always rising and falling trends. As long as you can follow the trend, you can make a profit, and vice versa. In this case, so what if the bull market comes, and so what if the bear market comes. As long as you can make a profit, it is a good market. #Stock Market Comments# #Stock Market Analysis# #A Shares#
