Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Education and Science issued the spirit of the document "Notice on the Announcement of the List of Advanced Units and Advanced Individuals in Education and Science and Research in Shaanxi Province" (Shaanxi Education and Science [2022] No. 64). The Qindu District Teaching and Research Office was rated as "Advanced Units in Education and Science and Research in Shaanxi Province" by the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Education and Science and Technology; Yu Hailing and Jiang Hong were rated as "Advanced Individuals in Education and Science and Technology in Shaanxi Province".
Under the correct leadership of the municipal and district education bureaus, the Qindu District Teaching and Research Office pursues the core value of "for teachers, for education, and for the future", and is based on the basic functions of "research, guidance, service, and management", adheres to the "scientific research first" and "project-driven" strategies, constructs regional, discipline, school topics, and project research networks, promotes regional education development as a whole, and promotes the professional growth of teachers.
First, continuously broaden work ideas, keep pace with the times, strengthen learning and training, strengthen team building, and improve one's own quality.
The second is to focus on standardizing teaching behavior, and timely organize the compilation of books and magazines such as "Basic Requirements for Classroom Teaching in Various Subjects", "Online Teaching Guidance Opinions", and "Qindu Teaching and Research "Double Reduction" Album" to scientifically guide classroom teaching.
Third, use project research as a carrier to continuously improve teachers' scientific research capabilities; use achievement selection as a starting point to strive to improve teachers' scientific research level. Fourth, we will promote education through research and competitions, actively build exchange platforms, deepen the classroom revolution, and organize various exchanges and seminars with "double reduction" as the core. Fifth, innovate classroom forms, create video teaching platforms, and continue to create "double reduction" high-quality courses for exhibition and broadcast, and give full play to the leading role of famous teachers. Sixth, closely focus on teaching quality, regularly conduct in-depth teaching on the front line, conduct timely research and guidance, and assist in promoting the implementation of the new curriculum standards for primary and secondary schools and the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform.
In recent years, the Qindu District Teaching and Research Office has successively won the Outstanding Organization Award for the Provincial "Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party" theme essay contest, the Outstanding Organization Award for the Provincial Excellent Teaching Design Selection Activities and other honors. In the next step, the district teaching and research department will focus on the goals and tasks set by the three-year action plan for high-quality education in the district, adhere to the five-education , take "teaching reform" as the core, and take "classroom revolution and Qindu Action" as the starting point to gather development synergy, deepen curriculum construction, and strive to build an innovative and professional teaching and research staff team, play a demonstration, leading, radiating and driving role in the district's education system, and provide strong intellectual support for promoting the high-quality development of Qindu education in the new era.
