1. Examination organization work
2022 Second-Level Cost Engineer Professional Qualification Examination of the Autonomous Region shall be jointly organized and implemented by the Autonomous Region Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Autonomous Region Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Transportation Department, and the Water Resources Department. The Autonomous Region Personnel Examination Center is responsible for the examination organization, and the Autonomous Region Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Department of Transportation, and Department of Water Resources are responsible for answering the application requirements and certificate registration.
2. Examination settings
Secondary Cost Engineer Professional Qualification Examination sets two examination subjects: "Basic Knowledge of Cost Management of Construction Engineering" and "Construction Engineering Measuring and Pricing Practice". Among them, the subjects of "Construction Engineering Measuring and Pricing Practice" are divided into four majors: "Civil Construction Engineering", "Installation Engineering", " Transportation Engineering " and "Water Conservancy Engineering". Personnel who take the two subject examinations must pass all subjects (level is a general subject) within two consecutive years before they can obtain the second-level cost engineer qualification certificate. For basic subjects that are exempt from the exam, you must pass the professional subject examination before you can obtain the second-level cost engineer qualification certificate (the level is exempt from the exam).
3. Application requirements
(I) Anyone who abides by Constitution of the People's Republic of China, has good business qualities and moral character, and meets one of the following conditions can apply to take the second-level cost engineer professional qualification examination.
1. Has a college degree (or higher vocational education) in engineering cost major, and has been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management business for 1 year;
2. Has a college degree (or higher vocational education) in civil engineering, water conservancy, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance, commerce and trade, and has been engaged in engineering cost business for 2 years;
2. Has a college degree (or higher vocational education) in civic and construction, water conservancy, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance, commerce and trade, and has been engaged in engineering cost business for 2 years;
3. Have a bachelor's degree or above in engineering cost majoring;
4. Have a bachelor's degree or above in engineering cost and engineering management business for 1 year;
5. People with corresponding education or degrees in other majors will be employed in engineering cost and engineering management business for 1 year.
(II) If one of the following conditions is met, you can be exempted from the subject "Basic Knowledge of Construction Project Cost Management" when taking the exam.
1. People who have obtained the second-level cost engineer of civil engineering, installation, water conservancy and transportation in our district have a professional professional qualification certificate , and register for other professional subject examinations;
2. People who have obtained the national cost engineer of civil engineering, installation, water conservancy and transportation in our district have a national construction project cost engineer of civil engineering, installation, water conservancy and transportation in our district have a professional qualification certificate (January 31, 2016) (January 31, 2016) I have obtained a certificate a few days ago; those who have only passed the exam but have not obtained the Cost Personnel qualification certificate cannot apply for exemption);

4. Registration time and process

10. Precautions
