Due to the system revision and upgrade, you must register an account. Candidates are asked to enter the online registration system (http://bm.cltt.org/#/index) to register an account (please use "360" or " Google " browser extreme speed mode) before registering for the Mandarin proficiency test, and then timely improve their personal information to avoid affecting the application.

1. This month’s registration and testing will not be accepted for the entire region of prefecture-level cities where medium and high risk are located (low-risk areas of prefecture-level cities where medium and high risk are located are also included). Please pay attention to the development of the epidemic situation in your prefecture-level cities when registering and testing (candidates with travel history in medium and high risk are not allowed to participate in the test)
2. During the epidemic, please arrive at the examination room half an hour in advance according to the test time on the admission ticket. You must wear a mask and measure your body temperature on the test day. You must enter the examination area with a green health code and an epidemic prevention itinerary card (all candidates must provide a negative report on the electronic version of nucleic acid test results within 24 hours before the test; candidates from other provinces and candidates with a history of traveling in other provinces within the past 7 days must provide a negative report on the electronic version of nucleic acid test in our province within 24 hours before the test (the nucleic acid test data displayed on the electronic health code page of Hunan Province residents)). If you have colds, fever, cough, or non-healthy green code, you are prohibited from participating in the test. Note: In the event of changes in the epidemic situation, the test time will be temporarily adjusted.
3. Candidates should follow the prompts of the registration system to carefully check their true identity information (it cannot be modified after submission), complete online payment (the system does not support the identification of QR code payment, and only supports WeChat’s “scan” function for online payment. It is recommended to use a computer for online registration) and then print the admission ticket by yourself (you can log in to the registration system the day before the test to print).
4. In order to meet the application needs of social candidates, there are three test sites this month (the test site of Hunan Language and Character Training Test Center, the test site of Chaoyang Primary School in Furong District, Changsha City, and the test site of Mars Primary School in Furong District, Changsha City). The test sites shall be based on the final printed admission ticket.
5. After the candidates have successfully registered and paid their fees, please bring their valid ID card at the designated time on the test day (note: Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign candidates must present three months or more domestic study, work or life certificates on the day of the test before they can be tested! Expired, demagnetized and temporary ID cards cannot be tested!) and admission tickets to the registration test station (point) to participate in the test (certificate photos were collected on site on the day of the test). If the admission ticket is not printed by yourself and the time is not overdue, the qualification for the test will be cancelled, and the test fee will not be refunded.
6. After 30 working days of the test (except on statutory holidays), candidates can log in to the National Government Service Platform (http://www.cltt.org/#/scoreQuery) to check their scores; after 45 working days of the test, candidates can use their "ID card" to get their certificates (including our center and the other two test sites on the third floor of the Provincial Government Service Hall with their "ID card".
Starting from January 1, 2022, the certificate will be printed uniformly by the National Language Commission, and the lost certificate will not be reissue. Please collect it as soon as possible and keep it properly! 7. Cheating and taking the exam on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the test scores and the qualifications for taking the exam within one year will be cancelled.
