Announcement on the refund of candidates
2022 second half of 1 Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (Written Examination), some examination areas in our province are postponed, and some candidates in the normal examination areas are unable to take the examination due to the control measures for the new crown pneumonia epidemic. According to the relevant provisions of the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education, , such candidates can apply for a refund, and the validity period of the passed written test subjects will be extended by half a year accordingly.

Acceptance scope
Yangquan , Changzhi, Jincheng , Xinzhou 4 City Examination District only accepts refund applications for candidates who are quarantined due to epidemic prevention and control policies, restricted travel, and unable to take the exam due to epidemic prevention and control measures, and will not be accepted in other circumstances. Candidates in the examination area of
Taiyuan, Datong , Yuncheng , Linfen , Shuozhou , Jinzhong (including university campuses), Luliang 7 do not need to submit their personal applications, and the examination institution shall handle it uniformly.

Application Materials (electronic version)
1. Candidate refund application form.
2. National Communication Big Data Itinerary Card. Screenshots of the "National Communication Big Data Itinerary Card" for candidates to reserve their mobile phone number for the exam should be clear and complete.
3. Relevant materials that prove that I have traveled due to epidemic prevention and control policies, such as screenshots of mobile phone text messages, relevant notices posted in the community, and relevant notices issued by local epidemic prevention and control departments.

Submission time and method
1. Candidates submit their applications from October 30 to November 3, 2022, and will no longer be accepted after the deadline.
2. Candidates will package the electronic version of the application materials to the designated email address in the area they apply for within the acceptance period. The application materials naming format is "Examination area + Name + ID number". Those who do not submit materials within the acceptance period or fill in the wrong or send them in the examination area are deemed to be voluntarily waived.
3. After the email is sent successfully, the examination area will automatically reply. Please pay attention to check whether the email is sent successfully. Candidates who have not received the automatic reply will contact the examination area in time.

Other matters
1. Please fill in the application materials truthfully and accurately. The examination area will review and compare the application materials. Candidates who commit fraud and fraud will deal with them in accordance with relevant regulations.
2. Candidates who have been approved to meet the refund conditions shall be handled uniformly by the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education according to the original payment channel. The refund period may be long. Please wait patiently.
