In order to further strengthen the construction of the teacher team and improve the ability of newly recruited teachers to perform their job responsibilities, and to pass the requirements of the "three standards" of education and teaching on time and smoothly, on October 25, Jinqiao Education Group organized training for new teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. She said that new teachers themselves must first establish correct values and lofty professional ideals and firmly believe in professional beliefs; secondly, they must share the story of "four candies" of Tao Xingzhi , tell everyone that education is a silent process of moistening things, and they should understand them from the standpoint of students and adhere to the education of love; finally, send a message to new teachers, always remember and conscientiously fulfill the sacred mission of teaching and educating people, adhere to the core literacy orientation, be student-oriented, follow the laws of education, implement the core literacy of subjects in the classroom, and create education suitable for the development of every student. This is the educational mission of Jinqiao people.
Finally, Ma Chong, general manager of the group, made a summary speech. He said that new teachers are the new force of the school's continuous development, and the training of new teachers is crucial.
