According to the "Jiayuguan Municipal Education Bureau's Notice on Issuing the Academic Calendar for Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools in the 2021-2022 School Year" and combined with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, the final work arrangements are as follows , please comply with it.
1. Holiday time
The summer vacation for kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools and special education schools is from July 18th to August 26th, a total of 40 days; the summer vacation for high schools is from July 18th to August 19th, a total of 33 days. In the next semester of high school, teachers will arrive on August 20, and students will arrive on August 21, and classes will officially start on August 22; in kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, and special education schools, teachers will arrive on August 27, and students will arrive on August 28. The school officially started classes on August 29.
2. Teaching quality monitoring
The primary school final exam is scheduled for July 12, and the teaching quality monitoring is scheduled for July 13; the ninth-grade English listening and speaking mock test is scheduled for June 13; the junior high school and high school final exams are scheduled for July 11th-13th. Each school must complete the quality analysis and final work summary before July 17. The final teaching quality inspection of music, art, physical education, science, comprehensive practice and other courses is scheduled from July 4th to 6th; the artistic quality evaluation of sixth and seventh graders is scheduled from July 14th to 15th.
There are no paper-based exams in the first and second grades of primary schools. Instead of final exams, they can use obstacles, fun games and other methods to evaluate students' comprehensive quality based on their daily performance.
3. School bus arrangements
School buses will pick up urban boarding students to school on the afternoon of July 10, 2022. From July 10 to 12, rural school buses will pick up students normally and send urban boarding students home on the afternoon of the 15th. After that, they will be suspended due to summer. During the suspension of school buses, each school must arrange transportation for students back to school, educate students to abide by traffic rules, and ensure student safety.
4. New student registration and related requirements
(1) For the compulsory education stage, schools will register online from July 7 to 13, and confirm on-site from July 16 to 17; the announcement of admission results and notification of unadmitted students will be completed before July 20 Work; those who have not registered online should go to the school in the area for registration and review from August 22 to 26, and then submit the registration information to the Basic Education Department every day.
(Tuesday) From July 9th to 10th, each high school will arrange registration for new students. Those who fail to complete the registration procedures and fail to explain the reasons to the admitted school in a timely manner will be deemed to have given up the opportunity to study. Students who have given up their studies are not allowed to be admitted to other ordinary high schools in our city.
(3) It is strictly prohibited for all levels and types of schools to provide or publish information on candidates’ high school entrance examination results and rankings to the society, units and individuals. After the admission process is completed, each high school school will publish the admission list according to the strokes of the candidates' surnames. Information such as the candidates' scores and the school of origin shall not appear in the admission list.
5. Work requirements
(1) Comprehensively improve the quality of after-school services
Compulsory education schools’ summer care service hours shall not exceed 1/2 of the holidays in principle. The specific service hours shall be arranged by each school based on the actual situation of teachers and students. Before the holidays, each school must organize a survey and fully investigate the number of students in need of summer care, service needs and resource conditions in the school, adhere to the principle of student and parent voluntariness, and make arrangements for teachers and courses during the holidays in advance based on the actual situation of the school. Relevant arrangements and student participation status shall be reported to the Basic Education Department before July 8. The fees for holiday care services are implemented in accordance with the "Jiayuguan City Primary and Secondary Schools After-school Service Fund Guarantee and Management Measures (Trial)". The holiday care service focuses on nursing to ensure that students can have adequate rest. While providing good care, it also provides reasonable services such as game activities, cultural activities, reading guidance, comprehensive practice, interest development, homework guidance and other services. Summer care services for kindergartens and high schools can be implemented with reference to the arrangements of schools in the compulsory education stage.
(2) Do a good job in normalized epidemic prevention and control work.
During the summer vacation, the mobility of people increases, gathering activities increase, and the pressure of epidemic prevention and control increases. (4) Arrange holiday homework scientifically and rationally
Schools should further clarify the relevant requirements for " double reduction " and "homework management", set homework scientifically and reasonably according to students' characteristics, pay attention to subject balance, strictly control the amount of homework, and reduce mechanical duplication Assignments, students are encouraged to use their holidays to actively participate in social practice and scientific and technological innovation activities.
(5) Strengthen the management of faculty and staff during the summer vacation.
All schools must reiterate the spirit of the central government's "eight regulations" before the holidays and resolutely oppose the " four styles " phenomenon. It is strictly prohibited for primary and secondary school teachers to pay to make up classes, to be affiliated with other off-campus training institutions to make up classes, or to introduce students to training classes and tutoring classes.
