admission plan is undertaken by 513 universities including Peking University , Renmin University of China , Tsinghua University , etc. It is issued separately within the total scale of the national master's degree enrollment plan. It is used for special purposes and cannot be misappropriated or adjusted to a general plan.
The Ministry of Education has made it clear that the enrollment work of the "Retired College Student Soldiers Program" is an important part of the national enrollment work of master's degree students. All enrollment units must strictly implement the requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Issuing the Regulations on the Management of the National Master's Admissions Work in 2023" (Teaching [2022] No. 3), and strictly standardize the enrollment and admission (including adjustment) work in accordance with the principles of "voluntary registration, unified recruitment, independent line drawing, and merit selection", and ensure fairness and quality of enrollment.
All provincial education enrollment examination institutions should strengthen guidance on the admissions and admissions of the "Retired College Student Soldiers Plan" of relevant enrollment units in their regions, and focus on strengthening supervision and inspection of key links such as the implementation, adjustment, and information disclosure of special plans to ensure that the recruitment work of the special plan is standardized, transparent, fair and just.
