1. Do not criticize students when they are furious.
Add fuel to the fire, you know how powerful it is. Facing the angry student, finding a way to calm him down is the top priority.
- For example, please leave him away from the environment and find a quiet place to accompany him. Without the stimulus, he will slowly calm down.
- For example, if you think you are not strong enough, and you can't hold him down at the time, you can also ask someone with a stronger ability, such as the head teacher, to try it. Some students took a glance and found that when the ruthless character came, they would calm down. Students, sometimes they also get angry depending on the situation.
When the student calms down, some truths will crawl back into his mind, and then you can dial a little, and the effect of criticism will be effective.
Remember, sometimes also pay attention to white space when criticizing, not that the louder the voice, the more the criticism, the more effective it will be. Loudness is nothing but criticism, but it has nothing to do with criticism or not.
2. Students who do not teach by themselves, do not criticize.
On campus, be in awe of students who you don’t teach. It is not that I am a teacher, so I can educate students. There is no such reason in the world. Whether we can criticize, the key is not whether we are teachers or not, but whether students take you as a teacher.
If you don't teach him, criticize him. To say the effect, at best, two passersby are cursing each other. Most of the time, if you are an adult, a student or a child, he can't scold you. But where can you not wet your shoes when you often walk by the river? Whenever you meet a student with a slightly bigger temper, you will easily be embarrassed every minute.

3. Students without self-esteem, do not criticize.
Some teachers, the worse the students, the more they like to criticize. I feel that most of the time, I just waste my energy.
For example, students are so bad that they think they should not do homework. Would it be useful if you criticized him for not doing homework? He will think that it is too reasonable for him not to do his homework, and he may blame you on the other hand, "What's the matter with this teacher, is there a problem with his brain? Don't you know that I don't need to do homework?"
When a child has no self-esteem in a certain area, he sometimes does the opposite. Instead of criticizing, he tries to lower his requirements and breaks his inherent cognition. After that, slowly make small requests to him again, give him positive encouragement, and help him build self-confidence, which may be effective. Therefore, children who have lost their self-esteem need not criticism but encouragement. Criticism is always aimed at "good students".
Of course, I'm going to talk simple here, but it must be difficult to do. Otherwise, will there be poor students in this world? But the truth above must be understood. Otherwise, your strength was wasted, don't you think it is a pity?
4. When there are many people, do not criticize a certain student.
Everyone has a good face. This is especially true for students.
I will not be so stupid to criticize a certain student before others, and then let other students watch the fun and jokes for nothing. This is of no benefit except that it will increase the student's hatred of me.
When there are a lot of people, I must "promote him" to the students, and say good things about him to give him a lot of face. Sometimes he was really wrong, and he only hinted, knowing that he understood the meaning, so he stopped. But afterwards, I will definitely criticize him in private, point out his mistakes, and tell him the right way, so I rarely take care of his face.
Some teachers are too impatient in education,When a student makes a mistake, I can't hold it, and I rush to explode on the spot. This will easily conflict with some of the same impatient students. In fact, after a student problem occurs, except for some particularly urgent issues, postpone it for a while. Everyone calms down and communicates in private to be more effective.
Moreover, I think this approach is not only used to criticize students, as long as a person who understands the human world understands it, it should be done.
