01 The ability under scientific research is lacking
The author previously studied in a master's degree in a 985 university. A top2 doctoral student came to our school for an interview. Because of his low scientific research output during his doctoral studies, he failed the interview. On the contrary, although I studied in the ordinary course and even ranked 985 doctorate in our school during my doctorate, I successfully obtained the lecturer position in our school with my outstanding scientific research results during my studies.
There is also a doctoral graduate from top3. She exceeded her short paper results during her doctoral studies. However, after joining our school, not only did she not get an associate professor in the third year, but more than five years have passed, and the scientific research results are almost zero, which is far from the requirements for the term of employment assessment. She is anxious and suffers from depression and has lost a lot of hair.
If you want to gain a place in the scientific research circle, relying solely on academic qualifications or schools is not enough. Education is just a stepping stone. The real core lies in scientific research ability. In other words, you must be able to publish several prescribed papers within a limited period of time. The general lack of ability is mainly reflected in two aspects. On the one hand, it is delayed for a few years to barely complete the graduation requirements for the small paper; on the other hand, it is difficult to escape the embarrassment of "either promotion or departure" when entering a university.
If scientific research is compared to a threshold, it can filter out most people who have been or are interested in scientific research. To become a qualified scientific researcher, you need to have the ability to write papers. In addition to this core aspect, you also need to apply for national or provincial and ministerial social science funds, as well as a certain level of teaching and administrative ability. Not only is it not easy for a deputy or senior high school senior, but also for a lecturer who has just joined the job, they have already experienced the pain of publishing papers during their doctorate. The small papers during the employment period alone are enough to make them anxious.
02 Negative cycle under love
Negative cycle under love refers to a counter-inverse phenomenon in scientific research: even if the scientific research path based on love or interest is pursued, it still has not opened up the " Ren and Du meridians " of scientific research, and the reverse is consumed and even lost love, while love continues to cool down, resulting in a further decline in scientific research motivation, and the two form a vicious cycle.
There was once a debate topic: whether to love one line or love one line, personally, tend to be the latter. As a person with emotional needs, I can only "do" the basic things well and gain a sense of self-identity, that is, I can finally get a positive feedback including confidence or recognition through continuous efforts. Regular feedback continues to increase the momentum of its own scientific research, and quantitative changes leaps into qualitative changes, forming a "love" line, similar to the "long-term love" in love. Love is an indispensable driving force for scientific research. If there is no output all year round, it is easy to feel frustrated, eliminate the passion and interest of scientific research, and then give up scientific research activities that are difficult to obtain process recognition.
However, some students are currently studying for a doctorate more to get an academic diploma, and love has become a "luxury" of nothingness. As for the existing quasi-doctoral or doctoral groups, are they really researching scientifically or survivable because of their love? Are you still passionate during the scientific research process or are you eliminated or persuaded to withdraw by the "skinny" of reality? Is this love enough to support the completion of scientific research and assessment tasks at each stage? When we reach the stage of vicious cycle of "pseudo-love" and "low output", then doctors, especially non-editor doctors who are still responsible for supporting their families, may not be far from escaping from the scientific research circle of "either promotion or departure".

On the one hand, colleges and universities, especially famous schools, may not be able to occupy a good "pit". Even if you enter a college, you will face the risk of non-education instability, and there may be a big gap between the salary you get and expectations. In addition, it is still unknown whether the establishment can be successfully obtained after several years of scientific research efforts.
On the other hand, due to the epidemic and high mortgage loans, they are more inclined to have jobs with guaranteed staffing, such as public primary and secondary schools, selected students, and civil servants, etc. Once they join the job, they can basically guarantee their lifetime salary. In addition, some counties have vigorously introduced doctoral talents, which not only directly provide staffing, but also have sufficient settlement fees, talent apartments, and subsidies, which may be more attractive than scientific research universities that "either upgrade or leave".
