According to actual educational and teaching needs, Some schools affiliated to Jinan Municipal Education Bureau plan to recruit 2023 public-funded normal teachers graduates from Shandong students. The specific matters are now announced as follows:
I. Recruitment scope and conditions
1. "Teacher Student Free" has been signed with Shandong Provincial Department of Education . Education Agreement", and the Normal University public-funded normal graduates directly under the Ministry of Education who are able to obtain the 2023 graduation certificate, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate on time, shall be consistent with the major they are studying;
2. Mandarin level reaches level II B or above;
3. The major they are studying is consistent with the subjects they apply for.
2. Recruitment plan
Jinan Municipal Education Bureau , Shandong Experimental Middle School East School and 17 schools including 17 schools plan to recruit 160 public-funded normal graduates (see Appendix 1).
3. Registration and preliminary qualification review
(I) Registration
The combination of online registration and on-site registration.
1. Online registration time: 8:30-10, November 4, 2022, 17:00, applicants who meet the job conditions will send a scanned copy of their personal registration materials to the recruiting unit's email address as required (see Attachment 2 for the registration email address). The email name is "Application Job Name + Name + Professional", and the size of the email attachment shall not exceed 5M. The registration information shall be subject to the email received by the recruiting unit's email address within the specified time. Personal registration materials include: a scanned copy of the public education agreement signed by me and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, a graduate employment agreement, a 1-inch color recent crown-free photo, ID card and other related materials.
2. On-site registration time and location: Announced separately on the website of the Municipal Education Bureau. Applicants must submit original and copy of the above materials when registering on site.
(II) Preliminary qualification review
The recruiting unit designates a special person to review the information submitted by the applicants to determine whether they meet the registration conditions. The qualification review situation shall be promptly fed back to the applicants. Applicants who apply for positions in schools under the Municipal Education Bureau will be limited to one position per person. Those who exceed the application will be cancelled for registration for all positions. If any fraudulent materials are required to be submitted, they will be disqualified from hiring.
After the registration is completed, no jobs applied for by the person will be cancelled.
IV. Examination
Examination time: From November 12, 2022 (see the examination notice issued by the recruiting unit for details for details).
The exam is divided into two parts: interview and trial lecture, and the scores are calculated according to the percentage system. The interview examines the applicant's abilities in terms of manners, professional knowledge, practical experience, language expression, analysis, and adaptability. The trial lecture examines the applicant's ability to comprehensively use education, psychology knowledge and modern educational means to achieve teaching objectives, organize course implementation, master course content, use teaching language and teaching resources, as well as skills in using Mandarin, blackboard writing, explanation and classroom demonstration.
After the exam, the total test scores are calculated based on the ratio of interview scores accounting for 40% and trial lecture scores accounting for 60%. The score is accurate to 2 decimal places, and the total test score is 100 points, reaching 60 points or above, and the candidates are listed as candidates entering the contract scope. The recruiting unit and the applicants go through the contract signing procedures. If the total score of the exam is the same, the candidates will be determined from high to low according to the test lecture score; if the score of the trial lecture is the same, the candidates will be reorganized for the same exam, and the candidates will be determined from high to low according to the reorganized test score from high to low.
5. Inspection and physical examination
According to the recruitment position plan, the examination and physical examination will be organized in equal amounts based on the total score of the examination from high to low. The physical examination work of the recruiting unit is responsible for organizing and implementing it, and strictly implementing disciplines such as public recruitment avoidance and confidentiality. According to actual needs, you can either conduct an inspection first or organize a physical examination first.
(I) Investigation.The inspection can be carried out in a variety of ways according to the requirements of the job conditions, mainly focusing on ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, and whether there are illegal and criminal behaviors. It also provides relevant information and materials for review whether the applicant meets the specified job conditions. The recruiting unit should set up an inspection working group to be responsible for the inspection work, and each group should be composed of more than 2 staff members. The inspection team should be realistic, comprehensively, objectively and impartially evaluate the inspected objects, and write written inspection opinions.
(II) Physical examination. Physical examinations should be conducted in comprehensive hospitals at or above the county level. Physical examination standards and items should be carried out in accordance with Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination Standards and Operation Manual. If otherwise stipulated by the state, the provisions shall be followed. For those who need re-examination according to regulations, they shall not be conducted in the original physical examination hospital. Re-examination can only be performed once, and the results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
If an applicant fails to obtain an academic qualification, degree and teacher qualification certificate within the prescribed time after signing the contract and is punished by the school for violations of discipline or administrative penalty for , it shall be deemed to be a breach of contract and the unit has the right to terminate the agreement. For personnel vacancy caused by breach of contract, abstention and failure to pass the physical examination, the recruiting unit will replace the vacancies in equal order from high to low according to the total score of the examination.
Very. Management and treatment
The management of public-funded normal graduates is strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of public-funded normal graduates in Shandong Province. The candidates who pass the examination and physical examination will be announced on the website of the Municipal Education Bureau. The announcement period is 7 working days, and the list of candidates will not be replaced after the announcement is made. If there are no problems or the problems reported do not affect the employment, the employment will be issued; if the problems reported do not affect the employment and verified, the employment will not be issued. If the employment conditions are met, the relevant procedures shall be handled in accordance with the regulations. The employing unit and the employed personnel shall sign the employment contract in accordance with regulations to establish personnel relations. The employed person shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations. If the term expires, the employment contract shall be terminated if the term expires. The management of public-funded normal school graduates is strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of Shandong Province on public-funded normal school graduates.
7. Other
The schools under the Jinan Municipal Education Bureau publicly recruit 2023 public funded teacher training students for the 2023 Ministry-affiliated teacher training students, and do not hold or entrust any institution to hold examination tutoring classes.
