According to the Ministry of Education, the unified arrangement of
2022 second half of primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written test)
will be held on 1 October 29
To ensure the safety of life and health of the majority of candidates and examination staff
combined with Jiangsu Province and Changzhou City Current epidemic prevention and control requirements
formulates health examination instructions for candidates
Important reminder:
▶ Candidates of Class I must provide a negative nucleic acid report for
within 324 hours;▶ Class I candidates are not allowed to take the exam.
Specific air prevention requirements for epidemic prevention are as follows

1. From 14 days before the exam, candidates should measure their body temperature and monitor their health status every day, try to keep their normalcy as much as possible, and avoid going to medium, high and low risk areas and public places with dense crowds. College candidates who come to Changzhou for reference must understand the epidemic prevention policies and requirements of Changzhou in advance.
2. Candidates should scan the "place code" in advance to check, prepare the "itation code". Before each exam, they must provide the corresponding negative nucleic acid test report (either paper or electronic reports inquired by " Alipay " and "My Changzhou" APP) (hereinafter referred to as "nucleic acid report"), and the "Jiangsu Provincial Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Health Status Report Form" (hereinafter referred to as "Health Report Form") so that they can be inspected when entering the test site.
3. Entrance to the test site epidemic prevention and control requirements:
(1) The itinerary card on the exam only shows the travel history of Changzhou : takes the nucleic acid negative certificate within 48 hours before the start of the exam.
(2) test schedule card on the day of the test shows that candidates with a travel history in other cities (cities without epidemics) : Complete the "3 days and 3 tests" before the exam, and hold the nucleic acid certificate for 3 consecutive days before the exam (one of which must be issued by Changzhou local nucleic acid testing institution within 724 hours before the exam) to take the exam.
(3) The itinerary card on the exam shows that candidates with a history of travel in other cities (cities with epidemic situations) : ① Candidates who are still in centralized isolation, home isolation or home health monitoring are not allowed to take the exam; ② Candidates who need health monitoring should arrive in Changzhou 7 days in advance to complete the local "7-day 5-test" nucleic acid test (1, 2, 3, 5, 7 days), and take the exam with the local nucleic acid certificate on the day of the exam.
5. Understand the location of nucleic acid testing, sampling time, and how and time to obtain the "nucleic acid report" in advance, so as to avoid the inability to present the "nucleic acid report" during the exam and delay the exam.
6. Please fill in all information about the "Health Report Form" truthfully before arriving at the test site. You must submit the "Health Report Form" for each exam. Candidates can download and print from the " Jiangsu Provincial Education Examination Institute portal" (www.jseea.cn), fill in as required, and show it when entering the test site for each exam, and hand it over to the invigilator after entering the examination room.
7. Candidates should wear masks when entering the test site and consciously undergo temperature testing, and actively present their admission ticket, valid resident ID card, "place code", "trip code", "negative nucleic acid test report", and "health report form".

8. Candidates must follow the instructions of the examination staff and their body temperature is below 37.3℃ before they can enter the test site. Candidates with abnormal body temperature must obey on-site staff management and epidemic prevention and control arrangements. If you experience respiratory symptoms such as fever (body temperature exceeds 37.3℃), cough, etc. during the exam, you should report to the test site staff immediately and obey the staff's arrangements.
9. At the end of the exam, you must follow the invigilator's instructions to leave the venue in an orderly manner, keep the distance between the personnel, and do not be crowded.
10. Candidates should consciously cooperate with the test site to conduct physical health testing. Anyone who conceals or lies about key information on epidemic prevention and control such as travel history, contact history, and health status, and refuses to cooperate with staff to conduct epidemic prevention testing, inquiries, and investigations during the epidemic prevention and control of the exam will be disqualified and will be dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
11. Examination epidemic prevention and control measures will be adjusted in a timely manner according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation. Anyone who does not meet the local and college epidemic prevention and control policy requirements shall not take the exam.
