Seeing that he was very pious, Prince Jita teased him and said, "You can just want this garden, but you have to meet one of my requirements." Sudado said, "The prince said, as long as I can do it." The prince said, it’s very simple to say. My garden has 80 hectares. As long as you spread my garden with gold, I will sell it to you. After hearing this, Sudatta had been constantly transporting gold from home from this day, and finally one day he filled Prince Jita's garden.

After Prince Jita learned of the sincerity of the Lonely Elder, he did not ask for his gold, but built a monastery with him. Because the trees in the garden were planted by Prince Jita, and the garden was found and managed by the elders of the Lonely, this monastery is called the Jetaly Trees and the Lonely Garden, referred to as the Gion.
